Bombers give up good punt return to set Als up for 3..... ....shades of things to come....in spades.... O running 2 and outs...receivers not making plays.... Bucknor makes nice pick....Marshall fumbles it back...... Some of the Blue receivers looking kind of disinterested... Sloppy patterns, alligator arms, lack of hustle... D. Adams flat out drops TD pass in end zone..... Nichols's passing much more erratic, today.... Slow wide snaps (again) from Picard..... Montreal boning themselves with multiple penalties.... ..only thing keeping Bombers in game.... Bomber 2 minute drill: two and out on O.....then let special teams take over ..and let Logan return punt 75 yds for last minute TD 21-3...ensuing KO skips past 2 Bombers.... for another point.... Halftime: awaiting them adjustments....waiting, waiting, waiting..... ...95 yd return by Logan to open 2nd half....down to the 10 TD pass to SJ Green on next play 28-3 ...ensuring 29 minutes of (you guessed it) good ole garbage time...... Montreal had 250 return yds...in just 31 minutes.. So who does Mike fire, this week? Crompton drilled by Bass,...Hurl INT ...but Bomber O produces 5 yd loss...followed by sack..... We spent all that money on the OL, this year - for what? Marve getting nervous in the service.... ..bailing out of the pocket on every opportunity.... ..whether he had to.....or not. Blue give up 2 sacks on 3 man rush and a max protection package..... Inexperienced QB...skeleton O playbook....real bad combination..... Roll outs, option plays, screens, pitches? Spread the field? ...like other teams are able to do..... ...even with their #2 and #3 QBs....... Bellefeuille did a nice job of putting in a game plan for Marve.. I also enjoy drinking Drano and sleeping on a bed of nails... 130 yds in Offense...in the CFL?...laughable... 16 penalties didn't help matters, either.. Bryant Turner had his best game in a while..... Westerman continues to be our best player on D..... LB Bass shows great effort and hustle.... But the D efforts completely hamstrung..... by this inept offense.... ...and two Marve INTs...that pretty well, gave Stamps 15 points... 8-3 Stamps at the half.... ...time to make adjustments at home and come out strong.. ...or get outscored 28-5.... Stamps run a great O game plan (DD) - all kinds of plays R Eric Rogers is big, smooth and deadly.... Johnson and Bucknor had some struggles at DB.... Bombers start 2nd half with Marve pick for 7... 15-3 Stamps....might as well been 150-3.... Another Calgary TD, 5 minutes later...started the ole rush to Rum Hut ...and ensured 20 minutes of garbage time.... Speaking of garbage....Brohm went in.... ....and proceeded to kill a number of prairie dogs, with pinpoint throws... ...obviously, in his 7th pro year...needs still more grooming..... Marshall is not a bad back....when we remember he plays on this team... You can still time some of the O developing plays, with a sundial..... IGF continues to stand for... Inept Group Function..... Bombers need to go back, watch the film and re-think... I need to go back check the bottle, and re-drink....

Things started out well.....75 yd TD drive... Cotton ran the ball well, until panic later set in, on O..... ....that just about covered the good news.... Blue then vaporized/imploded in the second quarter: - Willy thows pick, Ham scores on 3rd and 3 gamble. - Willy knocked cold on next offensive series. - Banks runs ensuing punt back for TD - couple of penalties sets up another Ham. TD - Brohm finally throws a td pass.....but to a Tigercat - Grant gets wide open for easy TD...38-7. Marshall punches one in for 6.... But extra point hits the bar.... ....to provide a fitting end to the half...I mean the game.... Nothing like 40 minutes of garbage time...... Bombers lost all poise, took 17 penalties Bombers came roaring out for the 2nd half.... ...with a dropped pass and penalty, first 2 plays.... Zach Collaros was just killing it....as well as the Blue D As Bomber pressure packages....didn't get it done, again While Hamilton pressure, blew our offense apart..... Demond Washington at least, gave it a go Hajrullahu punted very well, and made a tackle..... .....was probably one more, than some guys on D. Brohm looks at defenses with the 5000 yd stare.... ....but cant throw the ball 20 yds to save his life.... His telegraphing skills, are going to get some receiver killed.... ...admittedly.... he can throw the hell out of the 3 yd curl.... ...by 4ht series, crowd was calling for Marve.... Why did we go away from Cotton? Why is Marshall returning kickoffs? Why is Brohm still #2 QB? Why can't we make adjustments - STILL Rum Hut did record business in 3rd Quarter..... D-line simply needs more beef, from somewhere..... Westerman has made minimal impact... ...unless you count late hits... Need to fit Hurl with a parole leg tracker.... ..so someone can figure out where the hell he is.... Actually secondary could be alright...... ...if it wasn't stuck in the Charmin Soft Zone Defense Moving Randle to LB....not impressed so far.... Right now this D, overall...just looks like a breakfast special..... Kept wishing that the smoky haze..... ....could simply swallow up this whole affair..... Did see some real winners tonight.... ...too bad it was the 1990 Alumni.... MB and Hall.....need to contact TigerCat coaching staff... ...to find out where their lunch and milk money went.... Watching us "defend" our home turf..... ....sort of reminded me of Monty Python and the Holy Grail O'Shea needs to loose that toothpaste grin..... ...redecorate the clubhouse.....and warm up the truck..... Hamilton is a good team right now....we are not. What I'm really trying to say here.....Bombers got hammered ....and so did I.
