Fraser Posted September 18, 2016 Report Posted September 18, 2016 I am especially interested to see what the commentators say when the fans booed the hell out of the unnecessary roughness penalty (when the QB ran and dove headfirst) and the command center overrode it.

WHat point in the game was that, as I would be interested too.
Mark H. Posted September 19, 2016 Report Posted September 19, 2016 Great game. Their commentary on Lefevour was hilarious. First he's the best QB since Doug Flutie, living up to the 18 on his jersey. Second half...looks like Drew Willy will be starting next game.

When they first looked at it Duane Forde said he didn't think it was a penalty and then they showed another angle and they weren't sure. The play starts at the 46:15 mark of the video. And a minor point, it was the "eye in the sky" video official who overturned the ruling, not the command centre. Edited September 19, 2016 by Jacquie
Dragon37 Posted September 19, 2016 Report Posted September 19, 2016 I'm more interested in seeing the TO pick that was taken off the board. I was fairly certain that he didn't maintain control when I saw it at speed but the in house shots were not conclusive.

They didn't show a replay of the interception but from looking at it at game speed I don't think there is any doubt that the Argo player maintained control of the ball.
BigBlueFanatic Posted September 19, 2016 Report Posted September 19, 2016 If you're talking about the first interception, replay clearly showed the nose of the ball hitting the ground before the db can secure it. The freeze frame on the last bit of replay showed it best. Dragon37 and Tracker 2

Or how after 17 unanswered points Rod Black said it's been back and forth all game.
Bomber_fanaddict Posted September 19, 2016 Report Posted September 19, 2016 Pretty weak no yards call at 1:02:20 and then not calling the roughing the kicker which I have seen worse calls for.

Doesn't it feel good that we can legitimately complain about calls and still win? Like a breath of fresh air. BigBlueFanatic 1

Bomber_fanaddict Posted September 19, 2016 Report Posted September 19, 2016 And the PI on Randall at 1:19:20. Gurley trips over his own feet. I think it still would have been called even if t was challenged but that shouldn't have been a PI IMO. BigBlueFanatic 1
Fan Boy Posted September 19, 2016 Report Posted September 19, 2016 I don't think that one would have survived a challenge. I think Randall should have been more vocal to MOS but on the other had you don't want to go all Jonesy on challenges.

Fan Boy Posted September 19, 2016 Report Posted September 19, 2016 That PI call on Randall was even more weak in slow mo. If the BB get those kind of calls against the Stamps, it will be a tough game.
