Nolby Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 This will be a true test for the boys. Hopefully they can come out of this one with a W and make the disbelievers eat their words.
Noeller Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 there's just no possible way they can win 8 in a row....................................right? basslicker 1
do or die Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 Human sacrifice.....dogs and cats living together.....mass hysteria.
Tracker Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 Can't imagine the euphoria in River City if the Bombers squeak one out. All the planets would have to be perfectly aligned and the footyball gods would all have to be on our side. We're gonna see how Nichols does in crunch time.
basslicker Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 we absolutely can win this. I'm sick and I toughed it out at work yesterday just so I could justify still going to the game so I could see the blue win. let's hope it was worth it Doublezero and Tracker 2

no71 Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 This is a chance. Losing isn't the end. But a W would be really big. The team hasn't felt this confident in a long time. After today -- taken down a peg -- or feeling invincible. MOS's job to keep 'em steady.
Guest J5V Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 I don't see why the Stamps would change their game plan much. It'll be lots of Messam until we demonstrate that we can stop him. 16 runs for 137 yards last time. At 6'3" and 263 LBs he is a load. Once you start to key on him it opens up Calgary's passing attack. If they get out to a massive lead like they did last time it could be over quick. If we can stuff Messam and let our ball hawks do their thing then we could be in good shape. The key is Messam.
M.O.A.B. Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 (edited) Bombers are strong in the middle against the run so Stamps will direct their run towards the outside. Messam on space will be a problem for the DBs. We need a huge game from Burnett on his WIL spot and from our DEs. Edited September 24, 2016 by M.O.A.B.
voodoochylde Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 They absolutely need to play clean ball today. This team isn't good enough to hang with Calgary and be in penalty trouble. That said, we can win this game. Go out and play smart, physical football right from the handshake. #GoBlue
Guest J5V Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 Agree guys and part of being smart is maintaining our composure. Gotta be mentally tough, especially if things go sideways early. These guys have already demonstrated this or they wouldn't be on a 7 game streak. Looking for it for a full 60 minutes.
Tracker Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 Maybe its not too late to sign the Hansen brothers just for this game.

Atomic Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 I'm watching blue jays pre game and trying to care
Doublezero Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 Hopefully the officials don't get all flag-happy and they just let them play. Also, let's hope the outcome isn't decided on the result of some yellow challenge flag. Goalie 1
