Only one fly in the ointment...does anyone know if he has nfl aspirations or can we lock him up for a few years??

He's 28. Would the NFL still come calling?

He's 28 and hasn't exactly lit up the CFL thus far.  I doubt the NFL is even on the radar anymore.

I want Elliott now....

Seriously though, what is the best option for the DL out there now??? Anyone floating around or on the cusp of being released from the NFL (besides the usual two that are never coming)?

Excellent news. Great week for the Bombers offense. Gurley's the big bodied receiver PLAP's offense needed. Harris and McDuffie look to be back. Back to back with BC doesn't look quite as bad as it did last week.

I would assume this is a deal for more than just this season

Quite honestly though, Gurley reminds me a lot of Derrick Armstrong. I hope that's what kind of signing this turns out to be.

Exactly Mike....Big Country returns....Why he didn't work out for the arenogoods I don't know ....what I do know is that this guy can catch and motor..
