It's Chiarot that sucks the life our of that pairing They both suck. I sure hope he signs with the Jets. We do have the upper hand on the rest of the league by about $92,500. FrostyWinnipeg 1
Ducky Posted December 15, 2016 Report Posted December 15, 2016 Is he NH ready or will he need a year on the farm?

He'd be an upgrade on Postma easily. Plus he's from North Dakota so really... it's just a matter of finishing his season with his brother and he will sign

FrostyWinnipeg Posted December 15, 2016 Report Posted December 15, 2016 Paul Maurice said Joel Armia is ahead of Shawn Matthias and Nic Petan when it comes to coming back from injury...
iHeart Posted December 16, 2016 Author Report Posted December 16, 2016 jets injury updates: Armia may be back in VancouverMatthias and Petan after ChristmasMyers still week to week
Goalie Posted December 16, 2016 Report Posted December 16, 2016 I'd think Armia gets until after Xmas also just because why not let him heal completely. Give him the Xmas break
Ducky Posted December 16, 2016 Report Posted December 16, 2016 That would certainly be the smart move.

iHeart Posted January 4, 2017 Author Report Posted January 4, 2017 Eddie Lack has suffered a concussion and will be out indefinitely
FrostyWinnipeg Posted January 6, 2017 Report Posted January 6, 2017 Monteral Canadiens announce Brendan Gallagher underwent surgery last night in Montreal to repair a fractured left hand. His recovery is expected to be minimum 8 weeks. Ducky 1
iHeart Posted January 8, 2017 Author Report Posted January 8, 2017 (edited) And....Laine has a concussion with no time table to return.....there goes the calder. But his health is a bigger priority than the NHL awards. It's a good thing we aren't playing the Sabres again this year because next time McCabe WILL have a target on his back Edited January 8, 2017 by iHeart

iHeart Posted January 8, 2017 Author Report Posted January 8, 2017 he has helped this team win *that own goal incident aside*
Ducky Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 Laine concussed is no big surprise....out at least a week.
The Unknown Poster Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 Terrible news. 18 years old. Ugh.

Goalie Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 No. It's Matthews and has always been. It's Matthews to lose. Bottom line. .. Toronto vs Winnipeg bustamente 1
The Unknown Poster Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 Laine would have to put perform Matthews by far more than Matthews would have to put perform Laine to win the Calder. bustamente and Goalie 2
bustamente Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 Again, some in the media in Toronto have made up their mind who should win and the season is barely half over and they are neck in neck in points. Goalie 1
Goalie Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 Not sure where this out at least a week thing comes from. Concussions are interesting things. He Def won't play tomorrow but he could be back the next game. The fact that he flew home with the team was at practice watching suggests it's a mild concussion. There is no time frame on that. It's day to day.
