Have not seen the 1st goal but hes had a really good game up to this point.

Young guys starting to carry this team sure they will make mistakes but i would rather them be playing then veterans who aren't doing much.

Helle starting to show he's the man. No chance on all 3. No a slap shot from 15 feet isn't stoppable.  9 times out of 10 that's a goal. . The 10th time it hits the post. 

Helle kept them in it. Jets badly out chanced this game. Start helle next game

It was from the faceoff circle pretty much. GAA is irrelevant.  Jets won and helle made some very key saves. 

It's always something tho right.

Lol do you really think the issue with this club is the goalies and not the defense as a whole????

Helle. 7 games played. Came in for hutch vs buffalo. 

3 wins 3 losses. 

2.69 GAA 913 save percentage 

Where you getting this 3.27 number from anyway? Cuz it's Not correct.

The team's GAA is 3.27 and nobody should be happy with that. Helle played well but you can't have that many goals against and win consistently.

Going into the 3rd at least a a goal down every game is not a recipe for success.

The team had a 2.88 GAA last year, how did that work out for them?

Don't forget it's early in the season and scoring is up i mean Columbus scored 10 on the supposed best team in the league, Helle has some work to do but like other have said out defence is weakened by injury and stupidity.

Starting to look a lot like the Bombers start...  bad personnel decisions cost the team and then injuries open the doors for new guys to step up.

Petan and Dano have not looked out of place.  And hey look what Tanev can do when he isn't chained to Burmi and Thorburn!

They played well and outplayed the Wings in two periods and I agree about those guys not looking out of place.

Helle should play the next one and Hutch the Stars' game which leads us into a back to back. Maurice said at the start of the season that he would be rotating them a lot this month. Looking forward to seeing what they can do against the Rags as they are playing well and are one of the better teams in the league so far this season.

 

edit........besides, look who is holding down the 1st wildcard spot. If the Jets make the playoffs this season, that is a bonus.
