How is that Vegas mayor a real person?

She';s the wife of former Mayor Oscar Goodman who is pretty famous as a mob lawyer.  So its some weird Vegas thing where they voted for the wife of eccentric mob lawyer rather than someone who wasnt a stark raving lunatic.

Breaking News - live on CNN
Governor Cuomo really blasting politicizing this pandemic.
Called Sen. McConnell’s idea calling for State bankruptcies one of the dumbest ideas going.

He believes the Federal Gov is providing funding to ‘Red’ states, but ignoring ‘Blue’ states even though New York puts more money into the Fed. government coffers than McConnell’s Kentucky state.

Too bad the US didn’t have this guy overseeing the fight against the pandemic..

New HHS spokesman made racist comments about Chinese people in now-deleted tweets

...
"In a series of tweets on March 12, Caputo responded to a baseless conspiracy theory that the United States brought the coronavirus to Wuhan, China, by tweeting that "millions of Chinese suck the blood out of rabid bats as an appetizer and eat the ass out of anteaters."
He followed up at another user, "Don't you have a bat to eat?" and tweeted at another user named, "You're very convincing, Wang.""

As predicted, Faux News is going after Biden with smears

Fox News report linking Biden to bin Laden drops hours after Trump comes up short in network’s poll

The news was first published by The Washington Post in 2012. Fox News didn't explain why it resurfaced it in 2020

Hours after a Fox News poll showed Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden leading President Donald Trump, the network published a story smearing the former vice president as Osama bin Laden's choice for president.

Not sure if "double jeopardy" applies to impeachment, but it probably does by convention. God knows, Trump has done enough illegal and other crap to warrant another trial, but if the GOP is in enough trouble at the polls, they might try to save themselves by presenting articles of impeachment themselves.

Well, he could be impeached for new crimes certainly.  But the impeachment showed that the Senate really doesnt care.  Trump could be caught in bed with Putin discussing the selling of America to Russia and the Senate wouldnt convict.  Plus, too close to an election now.  Trump will pay for his crimes, but its going to lay in the criminal courts now, I think.   The only thing to change that would be if he somehow won re-election but the Dems kept the House and won a huge majority in the Senate.  They'd have him impeached and removed by Easter.

Many have said that once Trump is out off the WH he will spend the rest of his life in court, he has had some real serious accusations leveled against him and in all probability more in the future.

The biggest black cloud hanging over Trump's head is his incestuous relationship with Deutsche Bank. There have been several huge loans based on misrepresented value of his properties, which, if true, are fraud on a  massive scale. His status as president gives him some degree of immunity, but that will evaporate as soon as he is out of the office. Once charges are filed, you can count on an avalanche of civil suits as other creditors scramble to try to secure their liens. That will be the end of Trump.

Big banks pocketed $10 billion in fees from small business rescue program: report

Banks that distributed government-backed small business relief loans made more than $10 billion in fees before the program ran out of money and left thousands of small firms without aid, according to an analysis by NPR.

They can bring new articles of impeachment any time they want. And let's be honest there's a trail a mile of long things trump should be impeached for.

Senate and GOP are complicit though. They won't remove the guy advancing their agenda.

Just in case anyone is buying the BS that Trump is saying today about wanting everyone to be safe and being mad at Kemp, someone got into his ear and told him those mini protest were the minority and his numbers are falling

Yup. And talk that the southern district wants him for money laundering.  He likely won’t be slapped in cuffs the day after the inauguration but it won’t take long.  He’s toast. And do you think he’s done himself any favours with his attacks on literally everyone that will investigate and prosecute him.

I would think that there are principled prosecutors and judges that are itching to have Trump or his assets in their courts.
