President Donald Trump's appointed head of the U.S. Agency for Global Media is barred from making any further editorial or personnel decisions following a series of injunctions issued by a federal court late Friday, in what journalists called a major rebuke of the Trump administration's attempt to reshape government-funded news broadcasters. 

In Washington, D.C., Chief U.S. District Judge Beryl A. Howell ruled in favor of five USAGM executives who were fired or suspended in August at the direction of CEO Michael Pack, who took the helm of the agency in June and promptly dismissed several career officials in what was called a "Wednesday night massacre."

Current and former USAGM employees applauded the ruling, with chief strategy officer Shawn Powers tweeting that Pack "has repeatedly and intentionally violated the First Amendment rights" of journalists at the agency.

Somehow it does not bother me that Trump is fleecing his gullible flock for money to line his pockets. Biden has more to worry about than opening an investigation into this particular problem. Let those Republican donors who feel ripped off bring a class action civil suit.

It will be interesting, as more and more comes out about how Trump and his family abused public funds, and basically converted the RNC into their own private piggy bank.......will any Republicans be actually concerned about that?   Or perhaps even grown some semblance of a spine, and say anything....now that Trump will no longer be the President.  

As far as fleecing the ordinary MAGA, folk.....as the Who once put it "Well you know that the hypnotized, never lie"

The DOJ just released Michael Flynn's official pardon — revealing just how corrupt it was

   
President Donald Trump's pardon of his former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, released on Monday evening by the Justice Department, revealed just how sweeping — and fundamentally corrupt — the act of clemency was.

It didn't simply cover the charge of lying to the FBI about his interactions with the Russian ambassador during the 2016 transition, which Flynn had pleaded guilty to before trying to withdraw his plea. Instead, it offered a pardon.

After misspelling "District Court" twice in her Georgia filing, it turns out Powell cited a source about a non-existent county in Michigan. President-elect Joe Biden couldn’t have received more than 100% of the Edison County vote, because it doesn't exist.

Supporters of the QAnon conspiracy theory have come up with yet another bizarre and baseless falsehood following President-elect Joe Biden's (D) foot injury over the weekend.

According to QAnon believers, the medical boot on Biden's foot is part of a coverup to hide the fact that he is wearing an ankle monitor due to an arrest. Newsweek reports QAnon believer Joyce Ramgaties took to Twitter to offer an explanation regarding their outlandish claim.

With the hashtags "QANON" and "#WWG1WGA," Ramgaties tweeted, "Biden has an ankle bracelet. Biden didn't hurt his foot . He's got ankle cuffs on."

Poor Republican Senators all upset about some of the choices that Biden wants because of mean tweets apparently never having read Trump's tweets the past 4 years are now threatening not to confirm them, maybe before they go back on holiday's again they could do something for Americans that are dying and in dire financial straits and lining up for boxes of food, Biden doesn't care if they confirm or not he can take Trump's lead and bypass the Senate and make anyone not confirmed to their position acting.

Trump's finally days are going to be tire fire as the DOJ has opened up an investigation into a bribery scheme involving pardon's. So AG Barr shows up at the WH which he hasn't been to for a long time to tell Trump can't help you on your crazy fraud tirade but who the hell is bribing who.
