This debate was quite a bit different than the other debates. I guess it was the set up, the moderator and the debaters. I’ve never really heard the reverend before but he was quite good in that he stuck to what he wanted to say and mostly stayed away from trading barbs with Loeffler.
Other than a few comments, I haven’t heard from Loeffler either. But if she was trying to reach the common folk of Georgia, she failed.

It’s hard to believe her “American Dream” talk would resonate with these people. I guess she’s implying all you have to do is find a very rich guy, marry him and get appointed to the Senate. No problem eh?

And you sure could tell what her focal point was. ‘Radical’. She must have used that term 20 times in calling him radical and the left as being radical.

It wasn’t really believable, what with his demeanour, and his history. But she tried.

Trump's attorney general mulling his 'you can't fire me, I quit' moment — but the damage is already done

William Barr may stop being attorney general before the end of Donald Trump's time in the White House, but will it be because he quit or was fired? Days after it was reported that Trump may fire Barr, new reports have Barr considering quitting.

Anonymous sources tell both The New York Times and The Washington Post that Barr was totally, absolutely, thinking about quitting before the reports that he might be fired. But even if this isn't a case of "You can't fire me because I quit," it's definitely a rat deserting the sinking ship. As long as Trump was in a position for Barr to advance an agenda of unchecked executive power, firing squads, white supremacy, and attempting to crush U.S. cities under federal power, Barr was on board—he reportedly told people that he would like to stay on into a second Trump term if Trump had won. But now, be it the impending humiliation of being fired or the impending loss of power anyway, he's ready to go.

Fox News reports: PERDUE SLAMS OSSOFF’S DEBATE PERFORMANCE

Trump supporter:

"Myself, I thought that Perdue, stood tall, was very articulate, and proved himself a real patriot.....completely owning that crazed socialist all night.   Imagine what Senator Perdue could of done, to that snowflake, if he had actually showed up, there."

I'm David Perdue, and I approve this message.

These guys are buffoons, totally incompetent fools, time after time they have let the US and it's people down, Trump doesn't own this Vaccine nor any other

From The New York Times:

Trump administration officials passed when Pfizer offered in late summer to sell the U.S. government additional doses of its Covid-19 vaccine, according to people familiar with the matter. Now Pfizer may not be able provide more of its vaccine to the United States until next June because of its commitments to other countries, they said.

As the administration scrambles to try to purchase more doses of the vaccine, President Trump plans on Tuesday to sign an executive order “to ensure that United States government prioritizes getting the vaccine to American citizens before sending it to other nations,” according to a draft statement and a White House official, though it was not immediately clear what force the president’s executive order would carry.

Asked if the Trump administration had missed a crucial chance over the summer to snap up more doses for Americans, a spokeswoman for the Department of Health and Human Services said, “We are confident that we will have 100 million doses of Pfizer’s vaccine as agreed to in our contract, and beyond that, we have five other vaccine candidates.”

This is a perfect example of why government fails when it is run like a business, no less a corrupt one. Team Trump (likely Kushner) decided it would be smarter to dangle these billions of dollars among several Big Pharma companies, and get them to fight amongst themselves to give the U.S. the lowest bid, or the bid with the best secret kickbacks to the Trump crime family.

At any rate, it’s a bit late for Trump to now try to demand the U.S. get Pfizer vaccines before other countries do. The market has already spoken, and Trump missed his shot. Unforgivable.
