National Security Officials Testify That Trump Tried To Seize Voting Machines

Mr. Smith might be laying groundwork for conspiracy charges.  I think, maybe, conspiracy charge helps prosecution with admissibility.

man those creeps must be sh** on themselves right now, specially with Don at the wheel of the bus.

found this:

"Conspiracy is a crime. A criminal conspiracy takes place when one or more people engage in criminal activity. Regardless if they do not commit the crime to its completion. The crime of conspiracy can be charged to people who plan and attempt further steps and bring it into action.

In some states, someone can be charged for criminal conspiracy even if the crime never happened. The act of planning the crime itself is a violation of the law. Explanation of this law, however, is a bit complicated and nuanced. Sometimes the law turns ‘just talks’ into enough to be a punishable crime and sometimes it waits till the commission of the crime. Several complexities make this area of law intricate to understand.

Similar to criminal solicitation and attempt, conspiracy is an inchoate crime.

This particularly means that to attach a liability, criminal activity does not need to be attempted successfully."

can you imagine them figuring out who drafted those orders😂

Pence won't fight order to testify before grand jury investigating Jan. 6

Because he knows he won't be providing anything of substance. And he will be met with little resistance and consequence of not telling them anything.

SCOTUS will circle the wagons, blistering and blustering using that self-important tone of theirs of how dangerous it is to question them and any of their members.

Or they will throw Thomas under the bus.

What a Farce. Thomas isn't the only bad one here. Some others are just as bad but in different ways.

Justice is blind. Lol.

No one is above the law. lol

We only deal with fact as dictated by the rule of law. lol

What's happening today in Tennessee should be sounding alarm bells across the United States, Republicans in general are losing support across America and the only way they will keep power is by removing Democrats how have been democratically elected by the people of Tennessee illegally.

It's fascism. We've been seeing it and saying it for years but some said that it was an overreaction by the left.

Well, they're burning books, banning basic healthcare, kicking democratically elected officials out for being young and black, they're locking children in cages. They attack the media and they refuse to recognize elections.

That's fascism. It's a fascist state.

"WASHINGTON — Classified war documents detailing secret American and NATO plans for building up the Ukrainian military ahead of a planned offensive against Russian troops were posted this week on social media channels, senior Biden administration officials said.

The Pentagon is investigating who may have been behind the leak of the documents, which appeared on Twitter and on Telegram, a platform with more than half a billion users that is widely available in Russia."

Both sides.

Yea until you ask knuckle draggers to explain their ‘side’ in what antifa, woke, socialism, radical left is then it becomes quite challenging for them, especially when you have follow up questions to their nonsensical drivel. And when they’re fumbling away all that’s left is they pull out the you’re just ignorant and not willing to listen to other perspectives, you’re so divisive, echo chamber idiot.

And not only claiming it’s an overreaction but mixing in the yea but the other side is equally bad. When you ask them to provide concrete examples of equal severity they of course can’t saying they don’t have time for that while again pulling out the you’re ignorant if you don’t want to understand my nonsensical non answer as they try to position themselves as neutral.

Trump Files Appeal To Stop Pence From Testifying In Jan. 6 Investigation: Reports

The former vice president indicated he would testify in the probe after a judge agreed that the Constitution’s “speech and debate clause” applied to him.
Donald Trump is planning to fight an order for former Vice President Mike Pence to testify before the grand jury investigating the former president’s efforts to cling to power despite losing the 2020 presidential election, according to multiple news reports.

Trump’s team filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia on Monday to contest an earlier court decision saying Pence should comply with a subpoena for his testimony and documents.

A. “I think that is a very hard choice,” (Madeleine) Albright answered, “but the price, we think, the price is worth it.”

madhouse.

Exactly.

Matt Gaetz provides a well-informed well thought out articulate evidence based argument that gives us another side to what is happening in America.

If you choose to dismiss this genius insight from MG, you are actually the problem, being divisive, hypocritical and very narrow minded when it comes to how to deal with these ongoing mass killings in America.

All you have to do is research it like I just did for you here.

This brilliance generously shared by Matt Gaetz should finally put to bed that its just not the RINO's that are bad but proves without question the Democrats are equally bad.

A story from Candice Ortiz from Mediaite:

Gaetz warned of Big Pharma’s “mind-altering” medications that cause “psychosis.” He even went as far as to say that “the Democrats are telling the trans community… that Republicans are coming after them and they need to defend themselves by killing people who don’t agree with them.”

The congressman shared a recent threat he received via voicemail in which the caller threatened to kill him if he continued “coming for the gays.”

“So the Democrats are purposefully riling up their nutty shock troops in hopes that they will terrorize normal Americans into submission. Rand Paul was assaulted by his riled up neighbor. A congressional baseball practice was shot up by a riled up Bernie bro,” Gaetz explained.

“The Democratic Party and Big Pharma that are unleashing the crazies on you, and nobody seems to have a solution for it. So here’s one. We need to reopen the asylums,” Gaetz said. “There are severely mentally ill people who do not have a right to wander our streets seeking and selecting who they are going to terrorize, whether there is criminal culpability or not.”

Did I do this right?

I'm F'ing tired of the stupidity, the dumbness, the stubbornness of suggesting stuff like the above that spews out of MG's mouth is no worse than what the other side says and does.

Minimizing the severity of what MG and others like him continue to say and do on a range of serious issues and how it fuels up knuckle dragging Americans will continue to cost peoples lives by suggesting these nutbars, these lunatics are no more worse than others. It's like comparing an Apple to (insert something completely not in the realm of an Apple).

Quote

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg filed a federal lawsuit against Rep. Jim Jordan on Tuesday, accusing the Republican of a "transparent campaign to intimidate and attack" him over his prosecution of former U.S. president Donald Trump.

Bragg, a Democrat, is asking a judge to invalidate subpoenas that Jordan, the chair of the House Judiciary Committee, has or plans to issue as part of an investigation of Bragg's handling of the Trump case.

In recent weeks, the Judiciary Committee issued a subpoena seeking testimony from a former prosecutor, Mark Pomerantz, who previously oversaw the Trump investigation. The committee has also sought documents and testimony about the case from Bragg and his office. Bragg has rejected those requests.

Bragg, in his lawsuit, said he's taking legal action "in response to an unprecedentedly brazen and unconstitutional attack by members of Congress on an ongoing New York State criminal prosecution and investigation of former President Donald J. Trump."

A request for comment from Jordan was not immediately returned.

That all the Republicans are going to be doing for the next few years trying to meddle in all the indictments that are going to be coming Trumps way, Republicans don't govern all their committee's do is waste everyone's time investigating and coming up with nothing.
