You award a contract for nearly a billion dollars where no others are considered to a company that has given large sums of money to various family members over the years and that's not questionable? Then throw in you saying that the civil service made the decision and then its revealed that you lied about that because it was a cabinet decision and you didn't excuse yourself from the discussion as you are supposed to. Plus one of WE's heads is on video saying the PM called you and offered the contract and then he backtracks on that when there's outrage by people. Aga Khan, SNC, WE, how many passes and excuses does one get? Heck I didn't mention the incident in BC where he sexually harrassed a reporter, something that would have ended others careers, the broken promises (changing the electoral system, being more open and transparent). "Bad optics" means it looks bad, but does not imply or deny culpability. Mr Dee 1
Fred C Dobbs Posted July 18, 2020 Report Posted July 18, 2020 Quote Canada’s most decorated Indigenous war veteran, Sgt. Tommy Prince, deserves to be the face of the new $5 bill, say Manitoba’s Conservative MPs. Prince’s life exemplifies both incredible sacrifice and bravery and the persistent racism faced by Indigenous people in Canada, said Sen. Donald Plett and eight MPs, including Conservative House leader Candice Bergen and National Defence critic James Bezan, in a letter sent to the Minister of Finance last week. Prince earned 11 medals in the Second World War and the Korean War, and was one of three Canadians to receive both the American Silver Star and the Military Medal, presented by King George VI at Buckingham Palace in 1945. However, when Prince returned to his home province of Manitoba, he endured discrimination, poverty and illness and died while living in a Winnipeg shelter at the age of 62. https://www.huffingtonpost.ca/entry/tommy-prince-indigenous-hero-five-dollar-bill_ca_5efb4e84c5b6acab2847629f?ncid=other_topvideos_cp1pj3fgmfs&utm_campaign=top_videos Mr Dee and Tracker 2

Julie Payette has created a toxic environment at Rideau Hall by verbally harassing employees to the point where some have been reduced to tears or have left the office altogether, sources tell CBC News. Four members of Payette's communications team have departed during the pandemic period alone. A fifth person is leaving this week and another two have taken leaves of absence. It's just the latest wave of staff to quietly transfer out of the small office in response to mistreatment during Payette's mandate, multiple sources said. "This has gone from being one of the most collegial and enjoyable work environments for many of the staff to being a house of horrors," said one government source. "It's bullying and harassment at its worst." Tracker and Mr Dee 2

The Cons have a larger problem- their unwillingness to expel members who openly voice racist comments. McKay is the only leadership candidate who has any credibility and he is as dynamic as a glass of warm milk.
