As good as the Riders are playing I just don't see them beating us. I don't think we make the same mistakes Edm is making right now and I don't think we turn the ball over that much giving up 28 points. Likely going to be a fairly low scoring game next weekend with both defences making some big plays.

Back to back 40+ point games against BC then Edmonton. Bunch of takeaways and tons of pressure on the QB's.

Legit question.   Riders look better in a number of areas.    But not convinced that the Bombers are going to cough up the ball, like this.

Congrats on being 500. Riders they beat up on two teams that couldn't stop giving the ball away. Winnipeg won't make the same mistake. Anyways should be an interesting matchup. They're not going to be an easy W on the schedule.

Bombers will cough up the ball or Nichols will be taken off the field in a stretcher if Riders get that much pressure on the QB next game.

This will be the biggest test of the year for the Bomber OLine.

 

Riders are  for real. They are extremely good and extremely deep at all positions in their defense.

Riders holds tie-breaker vs BC, and now virtually vs EDM ( EDM need win by more than 28 points in Week 20)

They play us LDC and Banjo and CGY twice more too.

Riders lost both their first game vs us and CGY,

Didn't say that, but you did.

This will be a great measuring stick for the offence, and a good chance to test the theory that you can win big football games by getting into a shootout while hiding your own crap defense.

Let's see how well that theory play out this week.

Jesus... I was watching the highlights and man- did they change the rule on helmet to helmet contact on a quarterback? cuz I saw Reilly get smoked in the head several times and not a single flag.

I only watched the first half....  I just didn't see anything really amazing from Saskatchewan.   They had some pressure on the line but what I saw was Reilly tossing balls way over the head of the receivers and so many brain farts and ill timed and pointless penalties by Edmonton.  

It looked like Edmonton self destructed and Saskatchewan simply played a clean game.

54 points yet only getting 240 yards passing and around 80 yards rushing....  that definitely shows how much Edmonton really **** the bed
