We've not had many "roughing the passer" calls against us, and for good reason. If the league comes up with a "causing the passer to be mildly concerned" penalty, we're golden.

I can’t see it as the contract Collaros carry’s is HUGE. $550K a year whether he plays or not. Plus a thousand stipulations that gives both he and his Agent total control of everything. The only way a new team signs Collaros is after the season and once his existing contract expires. Time to write a new contract that brings both he and his Agent back to earth. He’s good but no where near as good as he thinks he is.

BC, Toronto and Montreal are going to try to sign him in the off-season. He's better than anything they have, and better than he has looked recently. A decent O-line and coach and he would look serviceable.
WinnipegGordo Posted October 8, 2017 Report Posted October 8, 2017 Collaros is signed for next year still under the existing deal. If he gets traded I can see it where Hamilton' s trading partner gets to talk to Collaros and his agent before the trade is finalized to be able to re-work his contract.

If durant, lulay, glenn and ray retire, jennings is still young with more success and up side. Franklin will be the most sought after guy. More likely atleast half of durant, lulay, ray, and glenn stick around and trade teams. Collaros will be on a team next year im sure. But he will be the guy some one settles for as a back up to push some one else. 14, 13, 12, 10, and 8 games over the past 5 years. No one is a major upgrade when they are gonna miss half the season every single year. 26 minutes ago, WinnipegGordo said: Collaros is signed for next year still under the existing deal. Id bet he gets released to save cap space.
