OL Rottier will face Blue Bombers

Simeon Rottier is back on the Edmonton Eskimos' roster after a meeting Tuesday with general manager Ed Hervey, who was informed by the CFL his public criticism of the offensive lineman breached the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.

Way to go Ed Hervey. Back tracking because the CFLPA is on your ass. You expect your  players to respect you yet you don't respect your own players. Two way street. You'd think he'd get that.

If you're going to make someone a scapegoat you'd better make sure replacing him is going to actually make a difference. If the Bombers can get 8 sacks against the riders who have a good offensive line what can they do against the esks and their swiss cheese line? Buckle up Reilly, it's going to be a rough game.

unless we get blown out by Edmonton this week.  Then it's back to the circus.  I have to admire Ed Hervey though for so selflessly looking so inept and bumbling this year just to take some of the heat off of us.

I'll be happy if we destroy their OL... but here's hoping they don't do it to ours as well.  The Edmonton DL is pretty strong and kept Levi Mitchell on his toes for at least the first half last game.

First of all, still the best avatar/username combo on the site...

 

but I don't know that Burke is that stubborn, his one redeeming characteristic as a head coach is that he's able and willing to learn and change.

I dunno, I think the kid is not as bad as people make him out to be... average at least but by no means a useless rag..

am I glad he's in against our killer d-line? you betcha!
