1 Harris. We forgot about him. But he played like a man possessed. The whole time.

2 Dressler. Same thing, big plays every time we needed em.

3 Coates. Caught every thing thrown his way, and 2 big plays when the game was still close.

HH, Goes to the fans. Stuck it out, still loud late in the game down a bunch. they gave all the energy and lift. Down 2 tds with less then 5 left still made a ton of noise.

Kicking FGs while Edmonton was scoring TDs was unfortunate..

1. Nichols - really good.

2. Harris - The man.

3. Jeffcoat - took a penalty but was noticeable tonight

his pressure was great all night. corney too. against any other qb those guys combine for 5 or 6 sacks.

The Bombers when they blitzed up the middle just seemed to run into each other and became stagnant, db's were 10 steps behind and at time were lost in coverage.

1. Nichols was not a fan of his at the beginning of the season, i'm a dummy, warrior leader

2.Harris another guy that wasn't to fond of but he is a beast and earned every cent in his contract

3. Jeffcoat, Coates, Dressler, A new found d line man for years to come, and coming out game, and a vet who never gave up and took a beating.

And finally to the fans at IGF today all 27,244 you did Winnipeg proud and good for you.

It was a fumble.. by a split second.

Yes it was but he still had a great game despite that gaff, wasn't the reason we lost might be he last game as a Bomber so I gave him some props.

Can't give Dressler the nod. He fumbled at a crucial moment. Coates was likely our best receiver today and although he played good today if he is your best play maker you're probably not going to win too many football games.

Washington had some rookie boners (Suitor criticized the depth of his routes a couple times) but he looked a lot better than he has all year.  Got open and caught the ball.

And hell yeah, Coates looked real good out there -- we've thrown that deep shot down the wide rail to JFG like four times this year and come up empty each time, but Coates snagged it.

Nichols protected the ball real well. I was expecting picks from him, since he was stuck in the pocket all day and was going to see pressure, but he played his usual squeaky-clean game with zero picks on 48 attempts.

Esks get away with holding on every other play. Refs need to call it occasionally at the very least.

I think that Proulx is way more chill about holding than the other CFL refs.

Now that the CFL is publishing more stats, it'd be interesting to run some numbers on the officiating teams -- whose crew calls holding the most? Whose crew is overturned most often?  etc, etc.

Another turning point was the Edmonton fumble...that the refs ruled they recovered

It wouldn't have mattered because there was a no yards penalty on the play... it was a difference of 10 to 15 yards, but Edmonton was keeping the ball either way.

Harris.....what heart and talent this guy has....more players like him and we could build a dynasty

Matt.....how can you not put him as no 2...Played like a winner even with his nic's

Dressler.....the little guy came to play and delivered

Honourable mention to Coates....this kid is a keeper and a great signing ... will only get better

Washington made a few catches as well, so he may be worth bringing back next year, but Givens showed very little despite his apparent promise.

I remember last year quite a few posters were saying to get rid of Adams because he wasn't progressing fast enough. Now look at him. Give this kid a chance. There are also quite a few outstanding players on other teams that went through the bomber roster. Patients sometimes is a virtue.

Washington showed better than Givens yesterday and they both came in at the same time. Patients are a virtue for doctors.

He was referring to the fumble later in the game, it was Jeffcoat that came up from the pile with the ball, but the ruling on the field was Edmonton maintained possession.
