iHeart Posted November 18, 2017 Report Posted November 18, 2017 (edited) well I don't know where Frosty is, right now he set his messenger to not available to chat so I guess I'll have to do this today 2pm start time Jets are 2nd place in the division with a 10-4-3 stats the Devils are at the top of their division with 11-4-3 overall we are tied with them with 25 points after a difficult win against the Flyers I cannot remember if they announced who is starting I wouldn't be surprised if Helle starts again but I think he needs a break update: Helle confirmed, Schnieder starting for the Devils I already have a nickname for Monday nights game, the problem is I forget the title of that show that took place in Winnipeg Edited November 18, 2017 by iHeart Mark F 1
Floyd Posted November 18, 2017 Report Posted November 18, 2017 Hmm I would have started mason and rested helle for the road trip - Nashville going to be tough The Unknown Poster 1
blue_gold_84 Posted November 18, 2017 Report Posted November 18, 2017 Riding the hot hand makes sense. Mason will play next week in California with the back-to-back games vs. ANA and SJ coming up. Goalie 1
iHeart Posted November 18, 2017 Author Report Posted November 18, 2017 I'm not sure if I would start him against Anaheim
iHeart Posted November 18, 2017 Author Report Posted November 18, 2017 games is scoreless and penalty less after 1
iHeart Posted November 18, 2017 Author Report Posted November 18, 2017 (edited) ooo Enstrom isn't looking good UPDATE: Enstrom is fine but the score is now tied holy craperoni, Laine has taken back the game Trouba Scores! Hendricks scores! holy craperoni, they have vs Pittsburgh energy tonight Perreault scores Edited November 18, 2017 by iHeart
Judd Posted November 18, 2017 Report Posted November 18, 2017 Perreault is such a line driver. Gritty, highly skilled, persistent. He's the perfect bottom 6 player in the NHL blue_gold_84 and kelownabomberfan 1 1
iHeart Posted November 18, 2017 Author Report Posted November 18, 2017 (edited) Schneider's been pulled well Enstrom isn't as alright as we thought, he's done for the day with an LBI well Helle was asleep at the wheel 5-2 Edited November 18, 2017 by iHeart
bustamente Posted November 18, 2017 Report Posted November 18, 2017 Nice afternoon game and the Jets continue to roll tough road trip coming up
The Unknown Poster Posted November 18, 2017 Report Posted November 18, 2017 Said it before. Perrault is the straw that stirs the drink wherever he plays. Nice to have a 4th line that basically plays the same time as 3rd. Great depth right now. 2nd in Division. 2nd in Conference 3rd in the NHL Go Jets Go Atomic 1
Mr Dee Posted November 18, 2017 Report Posted November 18, 2017 Tough games coming up. This was a nice one to start the roll.. From goaltending through to the 4th line...there is a good look about these guys. blue_gold_84 1
bustamente Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Good thing the game was on TSN , Helle is a different goalie positioning and glove hand are miles better than last year, and this guy wearing #5 is miles better than the old owner. Atomic 1
blue_gold_84 Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Awesome win today to close out that homestand. An impressive team performance all-around. Hellebuyck is dialed the hell in right now! Hopefully, Enstrom's injury isn't serious. Mr Dee 1
Goalie Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 Enstrom put zero weight on his leg. Hes gonna be out a while. I dont think hes a big loss... Think Poolman or Chiarot are both good enough.

Still a good player but as the team has improved he’s now essentially a bottom pair D more or less. So I agree. Pool man likely gets the call.
iHeart Posted November 19, 2017 Author Report Posted November 19, 2017 man the jets have a heck of a road trip ahead of them, but they've beaten everyone at least once. yeah I think Poolman will be summoned back as well
kelownabomberfan Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 I was unjustly accused of having an "insatiable hatred" of Enstrom by another poster in a different thread. I never want to see anyone hurt and get no joy from seeing Toby leave the line-up due to injury. If this injury is a serious knee injury, you'd have to wonder how many knee injuries Toby can sustain and keep his NHL career going. So is Poolman the next one up? What about the Melch?
bustamente Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 I think Chairot draws back in Maurice like LD/RD combinations, Buff and him had a nice run a few years back, maybe it will work again, since they are going on road trip and Emstroms injury may be severe they will call up some to sit in the pb. Maybe best to keep Poolman playing with the Moose.

Maybe my insatiable hatred comment was a little dramatic but here is four pages down memory lane of your thoughts on Enstrom. You be the judge how it comes across. You certainly rarely pass up the chance to criticize whenever his name comes up http://morningbigblue.com/community/search/?&q=Enstrom&page=1&author=kelownabomberfan Mr Dee 1

Anyway, I don't have an insatiable hatred for Enstrom.

I can't see them calling up an inferior D to Poolman.
