Also gonna be hard for bad teams to recruit too players. That’s said, Seattle has good attendance for their game.

Been watching a bit of the Tampa - Seattle game .... Wow, what an absolute stinker.

Yeah terrible quarterbacks.  They probably should have focused more on rules to advantage QB's and receivers more...and also spent some money to get some borderline NFL guys with experience, maybe even poach some guys from the CFL who have played.

I don’t find that game too bad. The offence in this league seem to be pretty vanilla for the time being.

Gilbride telling players to take the high road while Nobody McGloin disses his offense on the sidelines. You know he did that intentionally. He knows there are mics everywhere to pick that up.  His nickname will be c hanged to So Long McGloin. Hate seeing **** like that from players. Especially from guys like McGloin whose careers have gone nowhere & should be grateful for the opportunity.  Don't be accountable. Blame everyone but himself.

St Louis.. Blues game in St Louis drew a 3.1

Battlehawks drew a 6.0

The ratings are better than most major leagues sports ratings. Hockey is basically non existent in the US ratings wise. XFL could last a while... 3 years for sure.

AND

Last Saturday’s XFL debut on ABC, featuring the Seattle Dragons at the Defenders, generated 3.3 million average viewers. The reduction from one Saturday to the next at the same starting time (2:00 p.m. ET) amounts to 1.173 million. That equates to a slippage of 35.5 percent.

On Sunday of Week One, the ABC/ESPN game was televised by ESPN, and it drew 2.5 million viewers. The Week Two Sunday game experienced less of a dip, by 103,000 viewers and 4.12 percent. However, broadcast TV usually generates a much higher audience than cable; thus, it’s fair to assume the audience would have been smaller if the Week Two Sunday game had been televised by ESPN — and that the audience would have been larger if the Week One Sunday game had been televised by ABC.

Still solid.

So was the AAFs viewership for the first couple weeks and then it dropped precipitously once people realized it was bad football. XFL is not playing much better ball. Week one I fairly impressed by the football but last week it was terrible. Like watching CFL pre-season.

what a stupid baseless tweet...

those ratings..as with every other attempt will wane as the year moves forward and get lost behind NBA..NHL playoffs...MLB start-up...among other things..always has..always will and when Ol Vinvce see's hes most likely lost more than he had hoped by end of first year...he will pull pins as a major loss in year one will not result in major up tick in subsequent years

it will just go down as another stain in the under-pants of the U.S sports scene

Can't post that without posting the moronic tweet (from the moronic commentator) that started that thread:

Come on GMs? Does this idiot know that there is a salary cap?

I can't wait until Burris is no longer around the league in any capacity.
