Wideleft Posted December 7, 2022 Report Posted December 7, 2022 (edited) For the record, I saw Judge hit #43 live at Yankee stadium on August 1. Edited December 7, 2022 by Wideleft JCon 1
bustamente Posted December 10, 2022 Report Posted December 10, 2022 Blue Jays sign another oft injured CF
Noeller Posted December 10, 2022 Report Posted December 10, 2022 Carrying on a proud blue Jays tradition of buying a name that was huge 5-10 years ago... FrostyWinnipeg 1

Noeller Posted December 23, 2022 Report Posted December 23, 2022 Never heard of this guy in my life, and man it seems like a ton to give up, but people seem to be excited....
bustamente Posted December 23, 2022 Report Posted December 23, 2022 Looks like the Jays are getting rid of the carnival atmosphere in the Jays dugout where the players spent more time dancing around and hammy it up

I'm really hoping Mattingly is going to bring a different attitude to the dugout. It's nice that the kids are having fun, but until they actually win something, maybe take it down a notch... bustamente and FrostyWinnipeg 2

Donny Baseball my favourite baseball player bar none, and now with the Jays not enough to make me cheer for the Jays though
JCon Posted March 30, 2023 Report Posted March 30, 2023 Starts the season like he played last year. Judge with a homer to open the season with his first at bat. Thrilled to death that MLB is back, baby! The WBC was awesome too. bustamente and Noeller 1 1
bustamente Posted March 30, 2023 Report Posted March 30, 2023 New Blue Jays Kiermaier thinks they will win 100 plus games, we shall see. Will never get used to seeing Donnie Baseball in that wretched uniform.

I'm curious if Kiermaier can play even half of those 100.... they Jays brought in some names that were pretty great 5-10 years ago, but have a lot of injury concerns now... bustamente 1

Not having to face the AL East gauntlet as much will be a gift to the Yankees, Jays, and Rays this year. I even expect the Orioles to compete for a playoff spot. Varsho should be good. And, freeing up Springer from centrefield should help with his durability. Noeller and bustamente 2

It will all come down to pitching as it usually does, Jays Rays and Yanks will hit a ton though JCon 1
IC Khari Posted April 4, 2023 Report Posted April 4, 2023 Blue Jays pitching is sucking currently (down 7-1 to the powerful LOL KC Royals tonight) who knew? 🤪
FrostyWinnipeg Posted April 9, 2023 Author Report Posted April 9, 2023 How bout them Rays? No money, no fans but 1st place.
Jpan85 Posted April 9, 2023 Report Posted April 9, 2023 draft good and hit all your trades when you sell
bustamente Posted April 9, 2023 Report Posted April 9, 2023 All wins count but their schedule early on is very light Noeller 1
Jpan85 Posted April 9, 2023 Report Posted April 9, 2023 They are killing teams they should. They have hit more HR than runs given up.
iHeart Posted April 11, 2023 Report Posted April 11, 2023 (edited) They are retiring Reggie Abercrombie's number this year Edited April 11, 2023 by iHeart Brandon 1
Noeller Posted April 13, 2023 Report Posted April 13, 2023 Now, about the fact that they've put themselves in a position where they've had to come back............................

They've played down to the Tigers over the past few games. But, the bullpen in Detroit is terrible. Noeller 1

Starters are struggling (except for Gausman) and I don't see that being a long-term problem. This team is fun to watch. Noeller 1

This team is fun to watch. Manoah and Bassitt have been very good after their first starts. Jays are just relying on late comebacks. Wideleft 1
