Atomic Posted May 16, 2018 Report Posted May 16, 2018 I wouldn't mind seeing Mathews here. I'm not a huge fan of his but he is a smart QB at least and could be trusted to run the offence for a short period in Nichols' absence. I think he would be good competition for Alex Ross. DR. CFL 1
Brandon Posted May 16, 2018 Report Posted May 16, 2018 Doesn't hurt to have competition in camp rebusrankin 1

kelownabomberfan Posted May 16, 2018 Report Posted May 16, 2018 All the best of luck to your grandson. Word of advice, if he eats, lives and breathes football then he should hang really tight with Buck Pierce. There is a guy your grandson should emulate. Brandon, Mark F and HardCoreBlue 1 2

Engelwood Posted May 16, 2018 Report Posted May 16, 2018 Just learn to read the backside blitz from someone else. I think Buck may still have PTSD from some of those backside hits. Bigblue204 1

Bud Ross Posted May 17, 2018 Author Report Posted May 17, 2018 The way I see it, The Blue Bombers have a QB powerhouse in the making. GO BLUE BOMBERS!
Jesse Posted May 17, 2018 Report Posted May 17, 2018 I'm very glad we picked up Ross. He has his first year and snaps in his back pocket already. This year, it seems likely he will receive the #2 reps in practice and continue in his development. wpgallday1960 1
wpgallday1960 Posted May 17, 2018 Report Posted May 17, 2018 Here's to both Ross and Streveler developing into quality QBs. I've moved on from the Durant issue - just wish we could get the cap space back. Mark F 1
