Zontar Posted June 16, 2018 Report Posted June 16, 2018 Cant decide. Fan goggles and heart say trap game. Head says they get thrashed. HAM starts two newcomers on corners.
Ripper Posted June 16, 2018 Report Posted June 16, 2018 With the game being in Calgary, I think the Cats are in tough. Jesse 1
Atomic Posted June 16, 2018 Report Posted June 16, 2018 I am not sold on Hamilton yet. Those six wins in the final ten last year were against weaker competition, in general. I don't think June Jones turned the team around just like that, and I don't think Masoli has much hope of holding onto the starting job beyond the first few games. I'd love to see Calgary take a step back but... people predict that every season and it never happens. 36-15 Stamps. Jesse 1

I agree - weather here in Calgary sucks (chilly and rain) however Huffnagel and group always seem to field a good team year in and year out. Looking for a Calgary dominated win.

HAM starts two newcomers on corners. Stamps are motivated after that **** show they had of a Grey Cup. They know other fanbases think they are chokers & enjoyed that loss. They want to stop their laughter. BLM says his shoulder is healthy & media here in Calgary say he is throwing the ball with heat. Great group of receivers. Terry Williams can really run the ball. Defense has some secondary questions with new starters in there. But the Stamps Front 7 is really, really good. No trap game for the Ti Cats. Maybe if it was Game 6 & the Stamps were 5-0 & the Ticats 1-4 & the game was in Hamilton. Both teams want to get off to a good start. Edited June 16, 2018 by SpeedFlex27
johnzo Posted June 16, 2018 Report Posted June 16, 2018 Think the TiCats are in tough here ... but then I thought the Argos D would eat Collaros alive...

If the Stamps weren't such a self entitled team that believes everyone should bow down to them then they'd be celebrating 2 consecutive GC championships. They talk big as they're very good but punch them in the mouth & they fold like an umbrella in a windstorm in a championship game when all the chips are down. They don't know how to handle true adversity. Showed their yellow streak twice in a row in the Grey Cup. They'll win tonight but if this game was played on the last Sunday in November I'd put money down on the Ti Cats to win. Edited June 16, 2018 by SpeedFlex27
SpeedFlex27 Posted June 16, 2018 Report Posted June 16, 2018 White pants Hamilton? Really?? They look like practice pants.
bustamente Posted June 16, 2018 Report Posted June 16, 2018 Straight down the field for the Stamps only thing stopping them was the upright

bustamente Posted June 16, 2018 Report Posted June 16, 2018 Ex d line guy starting at rb for the Cats
Atomic Posted June 16, 2018 Report Posted June 16, 2018 Great drive by Masoli. Beauty deep pass to Mike Jones.
Zontar Posted June 16, 2018 Author Report Posted June 16, 2018 Really hope this is growing pains for HAMs back 7. Cant stop a beachball
SpeedFlex27 Posted June 16, 2018 Report Posted June 16, 2018 The Stamps D has given up a couple of big plays.

Mr Dee Posted June 17, 2018 Report Posted June 17, 2018 Two great QBs - BL Mitchell and Mike Reilly The difference? Reilly was punch on in his first game..hardly could do wrong. Mitchell is off and consequently the TiCats are in this game..
NorthernSkunk Posted June 17, 2018 Report Posted June 17, 2018 Bo throws a pick.....nice.....I'm actually cheering for the cats for real now........stamps can go 0-1 like the Bombers to start the season.
RiderPrider Posted June 17, 2018 Report Posted June 17, 2018 Bo levi....couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn
blueingreenland Posted June 17, 2018 Report Posted June 17, 2018 Do the same refs always do Calgary games??? It's like, "Oh, Calgary's playing. That must be a penalty on the opposition!" I get sick of the refs favoring Bo Levi and the red shirts.
Atomic Posted June 17, 2018 Report Posted June 17, 2018 Ouch. Masoli throws the game away. That's not going to help him keep the starting job. Actually thought he was playing okay until that pick.
NorthernSkunk Posted June 17, 2018 Report Posted June 17, 2018 Well that was a fun game to watch while it lasted for the cats. Now we need Montreal to win so we ain't alone in the basement.
