Wanna-B-Fanboy Posted July 14, 2018 Author Report Posted July 14, 2018 IIRC- we have chased Lulay from a few games before have we not? On the other hand, he has carved up our D. I hope we chase him from the game. Regardless- it's nice to see Lulay back under center- I hope his outing is a good one- just not enough to win though. Great guy, class act. Tracker 1
Mark F Posted July 14, 2018 Report Posted July 14, 2018 (edited) I hope it's a Bomber win, but a decent game. And I hope I can stay awake till the end of the game. July last season BC won 45-42 completions attempts yards td int longest, sacks.rating, rushing att, yds, td, long. I recall that Lulay was helped a lot by his receivers in that game. Then I look at the stats from this game and the Bombers scored 4 straight TDs as well. Lol

Last year BC did score a TD in the middle of the Bombers 4 TD drives. Mark F 1
no71 Posted July 14, 2018 Report Posted July 14, 2018 Mark F: I love close games when the Bombers aren’t playing... but give me 60-0 for the Bombers every game and I’ll be very happy. I still have nightmares of Lulay coming in the game and our D over and over again almost catching him then him escaping for another first down. But also great BC Place memories of 1990 with Battle’s INTs and Nick Benjamin’s downfield kick coverage (not to mention the last you know what) and 2009 with Fred Reid’s 260 yards they can never stop us feeling. Mark F Posted July 14, 2018 Report Posted July 14, 2018 ugg... That's a lot of long drives by B.C. last season.
Tracker Posted July 15, 2018 Report Posted July 15, 2018 I expect the Lions to throw everything they have at Nichols right from the whistle on. It will be interesting to see how/if LaPolice compensates.
blueingreenland Posted July 15, 2018 Report Posted July 15, 2018 Fendler out. We are starting 2 rookies in the secondary with Leggett moving to LB. no71 and rebusrankin 1 1
jazzsax Posted July 15, 2018 Report Posted July 15, 2018 Drinking game for tonight. Everytime the bombers score... take a shot. Everytime the defense blows coverage ... take a shot. Everytime Rod Black says something stupid... take a shot. Regardless how things go, everyone will be sheeeeetfaced. no71 and Wanna-B-Fanboy 1 1
no71 Posted July 15, 2018 Report Posted July 15, 2018 Rod black says something stupid? I will die 10 times over from alcohol poisoning.
rebusrankin Posted July 15, 2018 Report Posted July 15, 2018 I'd like to thank Harris for the early TD and keeping me alive in lock of the week. Mark H. 1

Are you kidding me - one of those three things happens on every single play! I guess that's why Sunday is considered a day of rest.
CodyT Posted July 15, 2018 Report Posted July 15, 2018 gotta hand it to Lapo. Mis direction, a lot of different looks. The offence looks like they have bought in. bombers looking good
NorthernSkunk Posted July 15, 2018 Report Posted July 15, 2018 That was a terrible decision running Streveler twice.............never mind the possibility of losing a future star.....that should have been demskis or harris' TD
M.O.A.B. Posted July 15, 2018 Report Posted July 15, 2018 Bombers need to score on this drive. To kill any momentum the Lions built on their last drive.
AKAChip Posted July 15, 2018 Report Posted July 15, 2018 Somebody please fire Al Bradbury into the sun.
