JuranBoldenRules Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 I'd rather finish 4th in the West than 3rd, that's for sure. rebusrankin and AKAChip 2
rebusrankin Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 Argos win. The Crazy Football League strikes again. TSN 3 switched (which is mainly Manitoba) and the rest stayed so Argo fans watching on tv should be happy. Mark F 1
Jaxon Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 Wow. What a come back by the Argos. MBT looked good under pressure. Mark F and Tracker 1 1
Floyd Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 300 yards and a comeback... maybe the Bombers can scout QBs
Mark F Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 winning touchdown pass on the last play of the game. Maybe there's hope for MBT and Argos. Sorry I gave up on this one.
Tracker Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 Maybe Trestman knows what he is doing and maybe Bethel-Whatisname is a good quarterback. Mark F 1
Doublezero Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 That was an amazing comeback by the Argos. Had a feeling they could do it and they did! Does anyone know what all the delays were about in the final minute, after 3rd and inches was confirmed?
Mark F Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 (edited) thompson 25/37 . 302 yards . 4 TD one Int. Jpan85: Quote Noel Thorpe is over rated Edited August 3, 2018 by Mark F
bearpants Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 MBT put up a pretty nice stat line... I guess Ott went into garbage time a little too early.... Also, we no longer have the most embarrassing lead give away of the season... so there's that too... Wanna-B-Fanboy and Mr Dee 2

Well Trestman is 62 so he might have lost a step or two. Edited August 3, 2018 by WBBFanWest Rod Black, Mark F, Wanna-B-Fanboy and 1 other 4

I don't think the LB coach should be on the hook for a loss... 😉 I'm being facetious... you must have forgot they brought in Noel Thorpe as DC this past off-season...

Ahh yeah I see that. Well, yeah, Campbell might regret doing that now. Thorpe definitely seems to have lost his touch in the last few years.
Bigblue204 Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 I'm just glad we have the right Harris in WPG. Otts Harris just won't get it done when it matters most. He folds when it's time for him to be clutch. He won't ever win a big game. Kevin Glenn 2.0 He played well yesterday don't get me wrong. But when it's time to put his foot on the oppositions throat, or time for a big time drive...he folds more often than not.

A little surprised Campbell demoted Nelson though. That one's a head scratcher. But if Thorpe doesn't get on his game, he very well might take that job back.
Jacquie Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 That play where the Redblack player who had a clear path to the end zone until he was tripped by his o-lineman has go to be the turning point of this game.
