Reilly just puts it up and lets his receivers come down with the ball. I don't think he's all that accurate on deep throws. I like Tom Brady for beautiful mechanics on long throws. His weight shifts from his back leg which drives forward to his front leg which plants firmly on the ground as his arm goes through the throwing motion.
