So sick of MOS coaching style.  At what point do we equate his stubbornness with stupidity? He really has to go. Keep him to the end of the season as it looks like a lost cause but at the end of the season can him & the entire staff.

Would Claybrooks move to Winnipeg to become our Head Coach?

Walters does not operate in a vaccuum...  Lapo and Hall absolutely consult on personnel

This team has talent and even with a damaged Nichols - we SHOULD be a grey cup contender...

But playing Roh too much in second half... sitting Leggett in the final plays of the game...  is this Osh or Hall or...??

O'Shea throws the team under the bus. Says the team didn't make enough plays and didn't battle. Says he is disappointed with their effort. Wow!

What can you do if your O cant stay on the field though. Our D is not super humans that they dont get tired.

Agree the offense has to do more but come on. 500 yards last week and this week! They’re soft in coverage, Bighill has been replaced by a mellower clone of himself, and the D-line gets virtually no pressure. Let’s be real - we’re not good on either side of the ball. Consequences ....

yup, that's  what I heard.

Bob asked about putting in Streveler,  Oshea said Nichols is his starter, and so that's who plays.

Just heard him say it. Couldn't believe it. Bob Irving said "Are you disappointed with the effort?" O'Shea said yea, I expected them to battle and they didn't battle enough.

Surprising coming from him. But what is he supposed to say - “good effort fellas, have an orange slice”. What do you want a coach to say to the fans after that **** show?

So basically, the HC just stated what many on here have been saying lately.......how do you defend that?

If you are going make changes, it's better to clean house at the end of the season, starting with the GM.

Walters has done a terrible job with the receiving core, but he’s made enough good moves to keep his job.

We need a coach that isn’t afraid to make changes. Let’s not forget that Chris Jones replaced Matt Nichols with James Franklin despite a 5-2 record with the former.

I'm not advocating for change, just some people want to fire people now, which never works out.

hiw disappointed should we be with the coaching on this team? Do they give us the best chance to win???

Hey man, I always wanted Thorpe or Nelson brought in here... could never figure out why we stuck with Hall this off-season...

Now we're legit defending a defensive core that allowed BLM to set a new passing record and Jorden to set a new receiving record...

Its the basis of all problems on this team - could have been solved... but now there are major red flags on multiple fronts - Labour Day back-to-back is HUGE for this team

Mike O’Shea does a lot of really good things as head coach but his stubbornness and roster management is so bad that it destroys all the good things.

This is very, very true.

The last time O’Shea coached for his job (August, 2016) he was fantastic. Unfortunately, once he starts experiencing some success he gets very safe and complacent with his roster management.

Then at other times he does asinine things such as attempting to kick a 60 yard field goal on third and four with 30 seconds left to lose us a playoff game.
