TheSource Posted September 16, 2018 Report Posted September 16, 2018 Riders are toast in this one. They have a great defense that will win you some championships, BUT you still need some kind of offence. Sask offence has been almost non-existent in this game, as well as most of the last.

Playing aggressive and taking risks can work to generate big plays, but you can also give up big plays. That is the double-edge of the sword. The opposite can be said and be equally true... Playing it safe will have a big impact on the team, if it backfires, it can end up costing the team. Playing passively and taking few risks can work to prevent big plays, but you can also give up big plays. I too can throw a bunch of words together and not say anything at all.

He might make that strip 1 out of a 100 attempts in that situation against a pro RB running to daylight. That was a really stupid risk to take. SPuDS and TheSource 2

bustamente Posted September 16, 2018 Report Posted September 16, 2018 The call from the league took some time to get to the ref .................let the flags fly
TheSource Posted September 16, 2018 Report Posted September 16, 2018 Heres the game. Clutch QBing there.
SpeedFlex27 Posted September 16, 2018 Author Report Posted September 16, 2018 So, if you don't hit someone how is that rough play?

I don't think you call it clutch when you finally show up to a game, late in the 4th quarter. Making a play in the first quarter is as valuable as the fourth. Unless you're also calling Nichols late TD against the Stamps clutch? Edited September 16, 2018 by JCon SpeedFlex27 and TheSource 1 1
SpeedFlex27 Posted September 16, 2018 Author Report Posted September 16, 2018 Ottawa will lose this challenge JCon 1

Good for the league that a small market like Sask can produce a top-tier product on the field year after year. It would behoove the Bombers to learn from their model.

SpeedFlex27 Posted September 16, 2018 Author Report Posted September 16, 2018 What a bunch of garbage. No safety... Was that cover 0? Why would Thorpe run a Cover 0?
