Look for Lankford to attempt the quick kick sometime during the game.

Nice to see the coaches going all out for the W, even starting the MBB whipping boy.

I predict Lankford does nothing (come on reverse jinx).

I had that posted in a more subtle way - till you arrived with your Captain Obvious post. 😎

I do not expect Lankford to be much more than a decoy, but it would be nice to be mistaken. Once the Calgary DBs realize that Lankford is not much of a threat unless the ball is gently delivered into his arms, his usefulness will be greatly diminished.

The thing about Lankford is his speed and it's not like Calgary can just ignore him. He brings a deep threat and along with Adams presents Calgary with some coverage problems. That should help to open things up underneath for Dressler and Woli. I actually like this move. Look for Nichols to surprise with a real good game through the air today. Bombers by 10.

For the lack of use Thompkins was getting it don't really matter if it's Lankford. Maybe we get lucky and Lankford makes a big play but he's likely to be a non-factor and probably not worth fretting about.

Last time we played in Calgary Lankford scored that big touchdown. It's called playing the percentages, it's what smart managers do to win ball games.

Instead of trying to call plays in audibly we should also come up with some nifty sideline signals to fight the crowd noise. I got the idea from the same source that supplied your stellar winning tactic:

As if I want to trust a guy who benched a player who was 9 for 9 with 9 home runs in one game.

Thank God Black and Ford are doing the East final! Let's hope we dont get Suitor...

of course it's going to be Suitor, he's TSNs top CFL colour commentator. What they should do is pair Black and Suitor together and then you've consolidated all the suck into one game rather than spreading it over 2 games.
