Value signing in Roosevalt as a year stop gap while we "hopefully" develop one of our own recruits would serve well...unless we can nab Mathews on a ice deal...Terrence Tolliver as well is an interesting option

I agree....Roosevelt when he's on his game can be more than adequate....The concussion thing is a little concerning but I'm sure he passed the protocol to carry on his career...Can be a nifty little receiver in the tight spots...I say we give him a shot

I have to assume that Walters/OShea are pretty happy with some of those recent signings of receivers over the past week or so.  It's the only reason I can think of that they haven't pulled the trigger.
