mbrg Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 I'll wear my Reggie White Packers jersey. I assume it will be easy to spot Raiders fans as they'll all have machetes.

The Bombers were sure to point out, in their email, that they didn't set the prices: "Ticket prices, which are determined by On Ice Entertainment, range from $75.00 to $375 CDN." iHeart Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 well for once I have an excuse to watch an NFL game that isn't a superbowl shadybob and Noeller 2
Jaxon Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 My regular seats are $340 each for this game. I just don't see the value here. It's a preseason game. I'm going to pass on this. I hope it works and they fill the place and make lots of money. Best case scenario is they fill it with Americans who come up, spend a pile of money, and then leave. bryan35 Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 Bought a couple upper deck corner tickets.....impulse buy
Super Duper Negatron Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 (edited) Just saw the ticket prices. Hard pass for me at those prices. To elaborate, I pay less for P3 Jets tickets than the P9 price for the NFL game. Edited June 5, 2019 by Super Duper Negatron Jesse, rebusrankin, Bigblue204 and 1 other 4
rebusrankin Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 Not sure I'm reading it correctly but is it $280 to sit in the endzone? Those tickets are about $36 a game with ST and even for Grey Cup were $199. Way to high of a price. TBURGESS and wbbfan 2
JCon Posted June 5, 2019 Author Report Posted June 5, 2019 I just can't do it at these prices. Was going to take my oldest but I would rather save the money and make a trip out of it to Minneapolis to see a regular season game and, hopefully, a Twins game. Or, maybe later in the season to see a Timberwolves or Wild game.
WBBFanWest Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 (edited) Hey if you guys want, I can give you the NFL experience for half that price. Good seats for $150 and I'll only charge 8.00 for a beer. I need to paint the living room again anyways so... Edited June 5, 2019 by WBBFanWest Sard, Eternal optimist, shadybob and 2 others 1 1 1 2
Firekid Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 I'm in! Can't wait to be a part of this experience! Atomic and shadybob 2

mbrg Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 Are these prices any higher than a Jets playoff game? Free is better than expensive but this doesn't seem out of the range of what events like this usually cost. Atomic and shadybob 2

TrueBlue4ever Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 People paying this price are going to be sore when the Packers opt not to dress Aaron Rodgers. blueandgoldguy and wbbfan 2
Firekid Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 The excuse I heard from TSN morning show guys said they heard from NFL that the prices are higher due to the fact that IG Field doesn't hold as many people so they need to charge more to get the same result as they would in a higher capacity stadium. Like the guys on the radio said, it is what it is. either pay the prices or stay at home. JCon 1

And yeah it's great to turn it into a multi-game affair. JCon 1
TrueBlue4ever Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 Wonder if the Rum Hut standing zone will be open? I could see a lot of people buying the $75 seats and opting to stand the whole game rather than spend almost $300 just to get any seat in the lower bowl. wbbfan 1
SpeedFlex27 Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 I can't go.... Knee replacement. Would have been great.
Jpan85 Posted June 5, 2019 Report Posted June 5, 2019 Bombers did not set the prices for the game either.
