Cauchy-potato. How could I forget him!

It was a 2 for 1 deal. We paid for two players and got one.

He didn't play too poorly in Edmonton though.

I think Macho is in this group unfairly. Imo, he played reasonably well for us. We were just ready to not like him b/c he came to us off of a bad season with the Riders.

If we were actually voting, Greg bearman would be a lock for safety anyway

Bearman never played D and was a great special teamer.  He was basically the Mike Miller equivalent on those teams.

I'm glad you said that because @Floyd has brought up Bearman a few times and I have been so confused because I didn't remember him playing defence at all. Maybe thinking of Neil Mckinlay?  He was another good Canadian special teamer who came in on D and got roasted a few times. Or maybe Brady Browne? My memory... so fuzzy...

Our safety continually got burnt for big plays... I didn’t think it was Hebert

i don’t have bandwidth in the arctic right now but Bearman was for sure our safety for part if not all of 2007...

No, our defence got dink and dunk'd to death under Greg Marshall

Secondary was Bean and Bolden at corner. Malveaux and Marlbourgh at HB Hebert at S. LB were MLB Simpson OLD Hall and Charlton.

A few of those guys could really lay the lumber.

Ike Charlton had himself a game in the Grey Cup that year, shame about the turnovers on offense that sewered everything.

I don't think I've ever been more angry watching the Bombers than that game. I just about threw my remote through the tv when Dinwiddie threw that last pick. He had so much room to run for the 1st down...

well, the one "pick" (I believe it was that James Johnson guy...) skipped off the turf, but was ruled an INT. Because it was pre-instant replay, there was no overturning things...

I bought the gloves he wore in that game from him.

Two things. I’ll assume Ryan Lankford wasn’t that bad to not be included, but would like to add D. Durant as a deadbeat or at the least a bum.

Spurgeon Wynn with Durant as backup

deadbeat QB would be tough competition
