that's kind of odd (I don't know if this is common for the MLB but this is new to me) but hey whatever makes Canada a Two MLB team country again

I have to think that this is meant to put pressure on TBay to help build a new stadium or to get one going in Montreal. The Raxpos.

Nothing has changed since they left. No real salary cap and no decent stadium. Pretty ho-humsy to me.
