Especially with Tom Hanks chugging booze and yelling at everyone from the bench. Say what you will but Geena Davis is one hell of a power back. Mr Dee Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 So far..what you can’t count on at this point in the CFL.. Toronto winning more their 2 preseason games. Collaros’ ability to stay healthy. The extraordinary statistics being produced by career backups, Dom Davis and Cody Fajardo. Throwing for over 300 yards leads to a victory. Fat stats for receivers going forward. What happens when defences discover the meaning of defending and that’s their side of the ball? Edmonton being a disciplined team. Chandler Fenner playing corner. The Argos allowing less points than the Raptors. Is that a good thing? The belief that the rookie Coaches are tuned in already. 6 consecutive TDs scored on a team. QB Franklin being money. Saskatchewan, and any kind of numbers. Optics. Is Coach Claybrooks’ hat really crooked or is the hat straight and the head not in line? AND LaPolice, who pointed at the club’s 35 percent second-down conversion rate in last week’s win as an area in need of improvement. Following the results of his MRI on Tuesday, there is no decision yet on a timeframe for Calgary Stampeders quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell, according to TSN's Farhan Lalji. Big break for the Riders? The CFL received its best numbers so far this season on ESPN2 Thursday, pulling in 224,000 viewers And finally: Tracker 1
Floyd Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 i Don’t see why the bombers don’t move Jones to field CB... he’s already shown he’s better than Fenner then keep fenner as dime...
SpeedFlex27 Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 The Stamps flag station here in Calgary 770 CHQR is reporting that Bo Levi Mitchell, unhappy with his MRI results has flown to Los Angeles to be examined by a specialist of his choice. He is vowing to start this weekend vs the Riders. Neither the Stamps or Mitchell were releasing any news about the results of the MRI. If Mitchell is upset enough to fly to LA for a second opinion, the results must not be very good. We'll see if the Stamps di indeed let Mitchell play. Tracker 1
White Out Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 I find it amazing you can find some quack to medically clear you if you dont like the results Noeller 1
Firekid Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 Bombers are the best in the league and proved it by beating the second best team in the league last week. Hamilton needs to play in the West to prove they are who they think they are. Calgary will come together soon enough. BC...Sucks. Sackstenchewan....Stinks. Ottawa will fall apart at the seems this week. The Kavis Reed Circus will continue. And finally, Toronto is doing their best to lose the Argos in hopes of getting the Bills to move North. Oh and Matt Nichols will keep on winning and throwing TD strikes and some people here will still cry over their spilled milk instead of clanking the beers together over a Huge Bomber W like the rest of us do! He's a semi-personal physician for Tom Brady and performed multiple surgeries on Kobe Bryant so BLM picked a good one.
Booch Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 Its not the matter of a quack clearing you..it's a matter of a different physician interpreting or viewing the results..I've seen first hand a specialist look at results and see something that was missed, or wasn't actually there. I had a teammate have 2 fractures in a leg get un-diagnosed by a team doctor and it was getting worse and worse that he went to emerg and it was diagnosed and casted there...sometimes DR's and Therapists see things that actually aren't major issues, or miss things that are Tracker 1
do or die Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 There was a time, that BLM would be told to get a shot, and get back on the field....

Floyd Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 (edited) I'd actually really like to watch Arbuckle v. Fajardo... Calgary would be nuts not to rest BLM - its early in the season and they've already made the playoffs anyway Edited July 3, 2019 by Floyd Bigblue204 and Tracker 1 1

I have no doubt he'd play with one arm in a sling rather than sit out. That's all he needs to do is blow out his shoulder permanently.
17to85 Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 Calgary would be stupid to not give BLM time to recover. Summer football is largely meaningless in the CFL. They will need that guy come fall. SpeedFlex27 and Bigblue204 2

I wouldn't be taking any chances with him. Arbuckle looked pretty good in limited action last week, at the very least I would start Arbuckle and go from there. We need our best players and our stars on the field in this league, hope Mitchell isn't hurt too bad

Atomic Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 I think the team doctors have said he is out for the season and he is going to see if a better doctor can get him back on the field sooner. Just my gut feeling.
Noeller Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 Saw some quotes from BLM today.........says it's a pectoral issue. He doesn't "like the timeline" given to him by Calgary medical staff, so he's going to get a second opinion on that. That seems to be the big issue...WHEN he can come back.

Rotator cuff injuries used to be career ending. Just ask Harry Knight. TBURGESS 1
