Noeller Posted July 29, 2019 Report Posted July 29, 2019 Figured we might as well get this rolling. Practicing in Guelph this week in preparation of Thursday night's contest. Years and years of Bombers dreadful seasons have me feeling like we're going to give the Argos their first win of the season, and that things are going to spiral out of control the rest of the season, and the Riders are going to build momentum and keep winning...........I need a smack to right the ship. Bombers and Hammy by 50+ this week, pls.... Sard and JCon 2
JCon Posted July 29, 2019 Report Posted July 29, 2019 That's not good news. Let's hope Tarsky and Adams are able to play this week.
TBURGESS Posted July 29, 2019 Report Posted July 29, 2019 If we lose to the Argos then something's terribly wrong with the team. rebusrankin, JBombers, blueingreenland and 2 others 1 4

GCJenks Posted July 29, 2019 Report Posted July 29, 2019 Props to both WFP and CJOB for paying hotel rooms for someone to stay in Guelph and report on practice this week. As good as Ed Tait is it will be nice to hear other reports from others as well. Noeller, Fred C Dobbs, Jimmy Pop and 1 other 4
B-F-F-C Posted July 29, 2019 Report Posted July 29, 2019 I hope at least one of Darvin or woli is back this week. Noeller 1

Goalie Posted July 29, 2019 Report Posted July 29, 2019 That sucks but Alexander hasn't been that good this year. Lots of missed tackles but not good
TBURGESS Posted July 29, 2019 Report Posted July 29, 2019 No one is going to complain if we win by 20. Folks will if we win by less than a TD.
Goalie Posted July 29, 2019 Report Posted July 29, 2019 I think playing in front of 2500 ppl after a loss isnt exactly the best thing for you.
M.O.A.B. Posted July 29, 2019 Report Posted July 29, 2019 (edited) Hope we can resign Leggett but he looks happy playing in the AFL right now. or maybe Walters can swing a trade with the Lions. Edited July 29, 2019 by M.O.A.B. shadybob, bearpants, Eternal optimist and 2 others 5
AKAChip Posted July 29, 2019 Report Posted July 29, 2019 I’d give the PR guys first crack if Alexander is out for awhile. No need to panic, especially if he will be back by playoffs. We have the luxury of both depth and a fairly soft West division. Bigblue204 1

Fenner to SAM, move Humes to CB and bring Mike Jones off the PR for returns. What year are you living in? Edited July 29, 2019 by Throw Long Bannatyne Bigblue204 and Noeller 1 1

Mike Jones is already in CB, in place of Fenner who moves to Alexander's spot. And I'm guessing Humes is in SAM in place of Gaitor. Expact a heavy those of Derel Walker on that side. No more DBs on the PR which makes our secondary, a little thin. Edited July 29, 2019 by M.O.A.B. Starman115 1

Certainly a better option than Leggett.
