It's a stupid decision which doesn't surprise me with Ambrosie running things.  He's already ****** over most teams coaching & scouting bringing in a hard cap. The latest news I heard this week was Randy running his mouth again talking about renaming the pre season, "The Innovation Season" wanting to fool around with the clock during games & other marketing genius stuff during the Innovation Season. Playing his fiddle & telling everyone who'll listen how great everything is while the Halifax expansion flounder like a codfish out of water, the ownership situation in Montreal & BC languishes & the Argos franchise looks more like a rotten corpse everyday. And attendance plummets.

This just insults our intelligence. Preseason is a very necessary evil in football and other pro sports, but changing it's name doesn't do a darn thing, the content fielded will still be below par compared to regular season (as it should guys need to get a start somewhere and preseason is great for that).

This is like changing the language in traffic law from red lights to "mandatory resting periods".

Winnipeg's 64.2 rushing yds per game allowed was #1 ... & in CFL history is #2 all-time after the 54.5 yards allowed by CGY in 1995.

Rider fans really wanted to see Zach Collaros in the Western Final this year..

The Bombers limited Calgary to just 207 yards of net offence, including just 116 yards through the air.
👁‍🗨 Hell, I remember some games where the opposition had that at the half.

Chris Streveler took 23 snaps and did not even attempt to throw a pass in Sunday's #CFL West semifinal. He ran 13 times for 82 yards. When was the last time anyone saw a stat-line like that for a quarterback? Zach Collaros took 36 snaps and threw for 193 yards.

Chris did make one pass for 22 yards though. 

Lots of misdirection with him at QB... on a few plays the defense really bit on him handing off to Harris and it opened it up big time for him to run.  

I'm unfamiliar with how good or bad the Riders run defense is... but it will need to be sharp against us.

They didnt and cant handle our run..or oline ..we had 186 on ground in game with augustine in for Harris...195 on ground in banjo bowl..and 116 in final game where we only ran it 21 times..that of the piss poor game plan we employed that game

So we ran for 497 yards in 3 games..and see more of the same in WF..especially now they have to respect the pass I wouldn't be surprised to see close to 200 on ground..if not eclipsing 200
