More like Matthews/Marner money. If he scores 50 within the next 2 seasons and plays a solid 200 foot game as a power forward at 21 or 22 years old, he should be looking at Ovechkin type money in terms of % of cap when he signed his previous deal. That was 16.8%, which would translate to about $13.5 million. I expect he will be well north of $10m, likely North of $12m on his next deal if he lives up to his potential. He's off to a good start. Noeller Posted October 11, 2019 Report Posted October 11, 2019 I said when I took him in my pool, and I'll say it again: Never underestimate a Euro on a Show Me....

Is that some kind of an Amsterdam peep show? I don’t see the connection. 😁 kelownabomberfan and rebusrankin 1 1
Old Bomber Fan Posted October 11, 2019 Author Report Posted October 11, 2019 And I congratulate him on his start and hope he continues to play at this level both offensively and defensively regardless of what line he is one. As I said if he continues to do this I am wrong and have no problem admitting it. Let’s see what happens for the rest of the season and talk about it in April May or June . In the meantime good luck to the jets!
bb1 Posted October 11, 2019 Report Posted October 11, 2019 Yeah well i hope some of the idiots last year who were clamoring to get rid of a potential superstar now will finally shut up....

Unless he’s put back on the 2nd line. Anyone playing with Mark and Blake is gonna score like Larry Hopkins.

Mark and Blake are good together but would be great apart. Laine Scheif Connor/Ehlers Connor/Ehlers Little Wheeler Copp Lowry non plug grinder with ability to pop 15 goals. Perreault Roslo Apple Unreal talent. Its all Patty this year tho. He's En Fuego.
