He may have played with courage (good on him) but it's painfully obvious that he can't make the throws to be a competent CFL starter.

Multiple drops and still put up nichols numbers passing. Its the O.

Today my stars are going to the leaders and warriors..

1. Streveler....full marks to him for leadership and tenacity. If we had a few more like him we could go all the way.

2. Harris.

3. Hardrick.

HH. Sayles.

Honourable mention to Lucky....great game

People, this team is not done. They had some unfortunate and inopportune penalties that kept the Stamps on the field and resulted in points.  A QB and a team that fight this hard are going to make some noise yet.

Disagree. The Bombers are not going to take the next step without some major changes. Hope is not an actionable plan.

1. There were 3 instances where costly penalties kept the the Calgary offense on the field, which resulted in points.  One which was what should have been a game changing sack.  Another was an illegal contact call after a critical knock down up front. These things can be corrected.

2. BLM passing for 300+ yards - that is to be expected when they are playing the best QB in the league.  That is not and should not be a criticism of the Defense.

3. Our passing game is what it is.  Combined with the running game, the offensive totals were similar - the Stamps had 50 yards more

4. In spite of this team's limitations, they lost by only 4 points.  The final 'drive' was not a back breaker.  The back breaker was allowing the Stamps to stay on the field in critical situations

Yup. Unlike previous years, no clear favorite to win it all this year. 29 years of futility not winning the Grey Cup with legitimate feeling of here we go again but still hope. Why not.

Wrong sport but Let's not be like an Oiler 'fan' and decide when to throw the jersey in the garbage and when to wear it influenced by how well they are doing. Yell at the team but always wear the colors.

Honestly the only hope we have is if all the play off games are in bad weather conditions.

This team can't throw the ball and can't cover the pass.

A healthy BLM is going to throw for 300 + yards against any team in the CFL. But I will grant you the bad weather conditions - they would work in our favour.

Going to make some noise? A burp or a fart?

No clear favourite? Guess you don’t think Hamilton is legit either? And limping into the playoffs is not a positive indicator either....check 2011....this season is becoming a mirror image.....what happened then got LaPo a BS extension and an early trip down the blank....wait for it MOS is on the same flight path.

The point is there are more than a few legit teams. It's up for grabs.

And if you think Winnipeg is one of them...you are grabbing at straws.
