Sure kudos man. However he’s finding out he ain’t the only clever one rich or not. Keep it rolling internet peeps, continue your full court press on Twitter. JCon 1

The 24-year-old Timmins has three assists through six games with the Tucson Roadrunners this season. He has also skated in two games with Arizona. The Maple Leafs are in need of defensive depth after losing their top three rearguards to injury. Jake Muzzin (neck) and Morgan Rielly (knee) are on long-term injured reserve, while T.J. Brodie is out with an injured oblique. The Leafs recalled defencemen Mac Hollowell and Victor Mete from the American Hockey League's Toronto Marlies on Tuesday to help shore up the defensive corps. Timmins, a Thorold, Ont., native, has posted 34 points (four goals, 30 assists) through 52 career AHL games split between Tucson and the Colorado Eagles. He has no goals and seven assists through 41 career NHL games split between Arizona and Colorado. Timmins was selected by Colorado in the second round (32nd overall) of the 2017 NHL draft.

Don't think any other team was that close on getting him with what TOR gave up. Props for TOR - I still like this trade for them. Edited February 18, 2023 by FrostyWinnipeg

Here's hoping so we can listen to the TSN/Sportsnet panelists frown their way thru the next rounds working in Leaf chatter wherever they can. E.g., 'Wow their PP is really clicking tonight which reminds me of Auston Matthews and how great he is'. bustamente 1
Brandon Posted February 18, 2023 Report Posted February 18, 2023 I do have to chuckle at Leafs fans trying to spin that trade into making it seem like they barely gave up anything in order to get him. St Louis comes away the winner IMO.
