FrostyWinnipeg Posted January 24, 2022 Report Posted January 24, 2022 Tom Brady and the Bucs can still make it to the Super Bowl if Mike Pence has enough courage. Mark F, rebusrankin, HardCoreBlue and 1 other 4
Noeller Posted January 24, 2022 Report Posted January 24, 2022 I will say this for their OT rules. At least it's not just taking possession on the other team's 40. You did have to work the length of the field. Buffalo needed their league-best D to stop the explosion plays and they just couldn't do it...

I don't the Chiefs would of either both those defenses looked gassed Noeller 1

I saw a stat that both QBs had efficiency ratings over 120 or something, and it's the first time that's ever happened. Just an unreal display of the sport...

TrueBlue4ever Posted January 24, 2022 Report Posted January 24, 2022 Here is an article on the statistics surrounding NFL vs NCAA overtime. FYI the CFL overtime is like NCAA (they start on the 25, is the 35, so field goals are the same length) except they are not required to go for a 2 point convert on a TD until the second OT, and from the 3rd OT and beyond, each team basically tries a 2 point convert (alternating one play drives). Suffice to say the stats bear out that the NCAA rules provide a “fairer” outcome. https://www.cnn.com/2022/01/08/sport/football-overtime-rules-college-vs-nfl/index.html Noeller 1

Mark F Posted January 30, 2022 Report Posted January 30, 2022 two games today. see if they can equal last week CFL level excitement games. dont think san fancisco is that kind of team. might be Harbaugh to Vikings.
bustamente Posted January 30, 2022 Report Posted January 30, 2022 Chiefs/ Bengals games has been a wild ride going to OT Noeller 1
Noeller Posted January 30, 2022 Report Posted January 30, 2022 And the coin toss didn't decide it. Crazy. Was a good game.
bustamente Posted January 30, 2022 Report Posted January 30, 2022 As long as Andy Reid loses I'm okay with the result hated him since he was with the Eagles, and nobody would of had the Bengals going to the Super Bowl with a second year qb who was coming off a terrible injury last year rebusrankin and Mark F 2
rebusrankin Posted January 30, 2022 Report Posted January 30, 2022 I like Mahomes, was rooting for KC, Cincy was better. Good game.

bustamente Posted January 31, 2022 Report Posted January 31, 2022 Should be an interesting Super Bowl the upstart Bengals against the all in Rams
rebusrankin Posted January 31, 2022 Report Posted January 31, 2022 Not mine, believe Naylor had it first, the son of a former CFLer leads former Bomber third string QB to Super Bowl.
iHeart Posted January 31, 2022 Report Posted January 31, 2022 This will be interesting Cincy's first Superbowl in years (?) and the rams first as an LA team
SpeedFlex27 Posted January 31, 2022 Report Posted January 31, 2022 I'll be cheering for Matt Stafford. Finally getting a chance to play for a Super Bowl after years of horrible players & coaches in Detroit. 1 minute ago, SpeedFlex27 said: I'll be cheering for Matt Stafford. Goalie Posted January 31, 2022 Report Posted January 31, 2022 I knew rams would win when the Bengals did. Why? Rams vs Bengals I'm going with the Tiger and Burrow

Noeller Posted February 1, 2022 Report Posted February 1, 2022 I was thinking yesterday....Winston Rose was with Cincinnati, right? I know he was last year...did he start this year with them, too? Just curious if he's in line for a Superbowl ring to go with his GC ring....
