Goalie Posted November 17, 2019 Report Posted November 17, 2019 4 1 1 in November and winning in regulation now. Thought they were better and controlled most the play.
captaincanuck12 Posted November 17, 2019 Report Posted November 17, 2019 I agree with the sentiment here. They played excellent today and did control the play for a majority of the game. Morissey needs his eyes checked... that giveaway was horrendous. Good thing they stemmed the tide in the 2nd. The last 2 goals they gave up were pretty nerve wracking...and it reduced Helly's save percentage numbers. I'm cautiously optimistic going forward!
Goalie Posted November 17, 2019 Report Posted November 17, 2019 Im not sure i believe them all the time but the analytical numbers are saying this isn't sustainable. Jets really are winning mainly cuz of Helle. We should enjoy this cuz it likely doesn't last. Floyd 1

FrostyWinnipeg Posted November 17, 2019 Report Posted November 17, 2019 I'm not sure whether team is good or not. I really don't. Maybe if we beat STL....
blue_or_die Posted November 17, 2019 Report Posted November 17, 2019 Keep finding ways to get it done and I'm loving it. I adjusted my expectations so low going into this season that I'm literally shocked when we string wins together. Awesome.
FrostyWinnipeg Posted November 19, 2019 Report Posted November 19, 2019 (edited) FWIW through the first 20 games 2019/20 11-8-1 = 23pts 2018/19 12-6-2 = 26pts 2017/18 12-5-3 = 27pts Edited November 19, 2019 by FrostyWinnipeg
Goalie Posted November 19, 2019 Report Posted November 19, 2019 7 2 1 in last 10. 1 of the hottest teams in the league. Fun fact.. St Louis and the Jets are tied for first in the league in come from behind wins with 8.

Are Florida and Tampa not good? I mean really, are the Jets good? Well if the season ended today.. They would face colorado in the 2 vs 3 match up.
BomberBall Posted November 19, 2019 Report Posted November 19, 2019 (edited) Pretty sure the Jets are 12-8-1 for 25 points. Oops, never mind.... I missed the through 20 game part. Edited November 19, 2019 by BomberBall

Floyd Posted November 20, 2019 Report Posted November 20, 2019 Considering the tire fire that is our D - I’d say we’re doing pretty good guess breaking up Scheifele and Wheeler was the thing to do little would slot back in as our 4RW/C - expensive but I don’t want to see him forced into the top 9
