Al Davis used to bring in every team's rejects or guys that wouldn't fit a roster on other teams. They embraced the fact scouts, coaches & GMs thought they weren't good enough to play in the NFL or had worn out their welcome elsewhere. And they won. Some of the Raiders players weren't pretty but they were gritty & they won.

I mean ... our star player last year was a guy who is not in the NFL because he loved hanging out asleep with Josh Gordon in Taco Bell drive thrus, we just signed a guy who had a run of making drunk driving a hobby and the funniest part is you keep going on like “The Trinity” would never entertain the idea of bringing in MBT ... except the Bombers are the team that brought him into this league to begin with ...

Typically douchey post.... The guy I was responding to had said "a coach doesn't build the roster" and I said that he obviously doesn't understand how The Trinity works, because they do everything in lock step. Wade, Kyle and Mike... Together. That was all I was talking about.

Also remember we are the first team to move on from him as well.

He was picked up and released 3 times by the 49ers....

Weird...NFL teams usually don't go down that road again and again. Most comments about him were that he has off the charts football skills but has the personality of a dead fish. He's not a locker room cancer but isn't a guy that fits into a locker room real well either.

Walters presser on now...tons of info

I refuse to believe the above is true because I was told he'd be traded........

Also, they won't be active in FA (...will maybe target a couple of guys...), Jefferson and Strev both solely focused on the NFL......, and "we have zero questions about Collaros durability right now".....

So... just like last year and basically every year...

Been away for months. Did Harris ever get the test results back of his supplements? ;)

Yeah, they came back positive for "Grey cup MVP" with a large amount of "Most outstanding Canadian" apparently the side effect won't be seen until next year. Should show around his finger as a big ass ring.

On a serious note, don’t think so. Or they came back to him and were never made public.

On another note I am not so sure about Canada (media domination) but in the U.S. there almost no regulation of supplements compared to food and drugs. Why? politics of course. I heard of a case where a "natural" supplement that was supposed to act like viagra actually had a broken viagra pill in it. Everyone not just professional athletes should be very careful when using supplements.

You need to name names here (for science).

But, yes, supplements are not regulated well enough, IMO.

Always know what you put into your body and if it is what you want

But the ingredients lists don't match what's inside the bottle.

Matt Nicholls has been released. I want to thank him for his play the past 4 seasons & elevating the Bombers from an also ran to Grey Cup contender. I want to wish him all the best wherever in the CFL he ends up playing. I agree that while he didn't get us over the finish line he got us in position to do it. Another reminder that a player's career in football can be over in the snap of two fingers because of injury or the path one was on significantly altered.
