Right, but I do not neccesarily think that is what he will be asked to do going forward.

Depends how long Andrew Harris is the focus of this offense...

There may have been throws he was not comfortable throwing last year based on limited time in the system and or lack of chemistry with receivers and OL.

Harris or not, last year may look different than this year.

I see Nichols has dropped everything Bomber related from his twitter profile lol. Yeah he aint coming back.

I hope he finds success elsewhere, just not against us.

It's not always raw numbers. He looked in control of the offense and showed he looked like he belonged out there.

The eyeball test. Probably the best test of all.

If the Bomber passing game picks up where it left off, it will take a lot of heat off Harris. He might not get as many yards as 2019, but he ought to be a lot less beat up, and his yards per carry should go up.

Good point. If I were Harris, I'd be thrilled at the Collaros signing. As good as Harris is, he probably hated the dump offs to him from Nichols when the entire stadium, including the opposing D, knew it was coming.

Gotta love the Bomber fanbase. Some fans are upset for signing Zach Collaros for so much money. The guy who won us a Grey Cup for the 1st time in 29 years. They wanted to see him to go to free agency to see what other teams would pay which is laughable as then he'd sign elsewhere. The same people bitching & whining about Collaros would be the same ones complaining if we let him go & signed Nichols. There's just no pleasing these people & quite frankly that side of the fanbase that constantly complain no matter what they did are a joke.

itll be really interesting to see what our passing offense is like when collaros is healthy. His ability to thread in a deep ball will be huge.

He was healthy in the play offs though...

Im assuming he wont be healthy for the full season next year. I mean in those games where he is healthy with a new play caller and collaros.

All he needs to do is drink some of this stuff & he'll be fine.

That was two months ago. You need to stop living in the past. Some people here will boo this team if we lose a bunch of games next year.

Actually it was 2-3 guys who were only concerned about the bonus and they stopped commenting a few pages ago ha

so in classic forum style we are all still outraged at the ‘some fans’ that may not actually exist

Yeh Joey Elliot really seemed like a guy who could have been a good QB if he had ever had a good coach and mentor.

An o line that wasn't a bunch of pylons would have helped too.

What about social media like twitter & facebook?? Oh yeah, you never mentioned them. 😉

Joey Elliot went to BC and showed nothing so he had his chance.

Elliott had the inate ability to blow it up one game & get blown up the next. That takes a unique talent to throw 4 touchdowns one game & 4 picks the next.

He was Drew Willy-Ed after his time here. Thrown into the fire way too soon and had absolute garbage around him. Always felt like he coulda been something.

He was uncoachable - he kept trying to freelance within a garbage offensive system and was duly punished

then we proved he was right for the next three years
