HardCoreBlue Posted December 5 Report Posted December 5 From the Hockey writers: 'With all respect to Fleury, the Jets’ quality of opponent is set to ease for the rest of the week. They head back on the road for two against beatable opponents in the Buffalo Sabres (Dec. 5) and Chicago Blackhawks (Dec. 7) before returning home for another winnable game with the Columbus Blue Jackets (Dec. 8.). If Arniel’s club can’t get things turned around against these teams, we’ll have to start entertaining the possibility they aren’t an elite team at all, but an average one that happened to start hot'. (Chews nails) St Louis was a very beatable team and the jets were garbage. I don't trust anything right now. Whether they're injured or whatever... They have to get back to dictating the pace. Too much of the time, since that Florida roadie way back, they're just letting the other team take it to them..

Goalie Posted December 9 Report Posted December 9 Prob want to get them both in some games. Lambert was fine defensively. It was the 55 line killing us. Noeller 1

Part of it is he wasn’t gonna be making the nhl also since had a rough time cracking the moose. Mutual here I’m sure. Edited December 12 by Goalie BomberBall. 1
HardCoreBlue Posted December 13 Report Posted December 13 Great, now we have to play the Habs who are coming off a 9-2 drubbing. Hoping we don't see the headline the day after the game reading something like 'Habs respond with big win over the Jets'. Hoping it reads more like, 'St-Louis on very thin ice as Habs get thumped again'.
