I did find information though on twitter

Well if he is a healthy scratch I hope it doesn’t sit well with him so it can add to his motivation when he puts his Jet Jersey back on.

Wow. That’s a huge hit for us. What was this illness that hit a lot of players and refs?

At least he won’t risk injury. There’s that at least.

Josh Morrissey and Connor Hellebuyck will miss the Winnipeg Jets' first game back after the 4 Nations Face-Off break, head coach Scott Arniel revealed Friday.

KC joining the group in St Louis. Should be playing.

The Ehlers situation is going to be very interesting in how it all plays out over the next couple of weeks or so.

My assumption is there's no way Chevy lets NE walk at the end of the 2024/2025 campaign without getting anything for him in return?

What are our chances in re-signing him with probably a considerable bump in his pay? What would the length of the contract be?

Or do we trade him for some D help, O help, both or blue chip prospects, i.e., 1st rounders?

Or we keep in for this upcoming post season, he helps us win the cup (that's the ultimate return) and walks off into the sunset to another team? But that wouldn't be an option? Or would it?

So many questions.

Problem is you trading Ehlers to a contender unless it’s some blockbuster type deal. He is a pending ufa so I don’t think you would get much. A 1st in a weak draft and a meh prospect. Is Ehlers worth more to us? Probably cuz looks like he’s enjoying himself out there. I think he signs. I think there’s a chance pionk is dealt or walks for nothing tho.

Right after his winning goal and thru the whole tournament:

Go Canada Go. Thank you your Majesty.

After the Four Nations festivities ended:

Oilers suck.

Even if they ask Nik will he consider signing here in the off-season it could be a Johnny Gaudreau yes.

Letting Nik walk to Free Agency will be a massive mistake for a draft a develop team like the Jets. If the Jets (Chevy) knows he will not re sign then he should of traded him by now but with the way the team is playing that might of been taken out of his hands.
