It's not true as much as you would love to believe it to be. It's not an opinion it's fact. Biden is collecting more votes than Trump. As I said, the system is rigged in favour of the less popular candidate. No one screams louder than republicans, and yet they believe they are the silent majority. The silent majority are sadly the non-voters. Too much apathy on one side and too much ignorance on the other. Wanna-B-Fanboy 1
Mr Dee Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 (edited) No matter what happens now the USA has lost. The support that a man like Trump got is unconscionable. What we’re seeing is the underbelly of a nation that likes glitter and are easily fooled by fool’s gold. It’s unbelievable, truly, that this race turned out so close. It's demoralizing. Mark H. Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 It’s not a surprise at all - look at who he’s running against. The Dems ignore large swathes of America. The rust belt, the farmers, & the blue collar workers.
Mr Dee Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 It’s uncanny how close Bernie Saunders has called this election process. He called the states with mail in votes to be the ones that are being contested, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. He also called Trump declaring victory in those states, late night, on Election Day. Spot on. What happens next is guesswork as to the Democrats getting the majority of mail in votes, and consequently, Trump stating the whole process is fraud. But of course, it’s not. That is why they rammed through another Supreme Court judge, hoping they can win through the courts. As Gomer used to say ”deceitful, deceitful, deceitful.”
do or die Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 Took another look at my predictions. Then, poured gin over them, then set them alight. Turns out it was both parties, who had tremendous turnout. Pollsters are completed discredited, at this point Biden's main argument for being the Dem nominee - was that he could take back mainstream votes (especially in the Midwest and South) from Trump. Fail. Only Donald Trump could propose "stop counting votes" on Election nite, while behind in both Electoral College and popular vote. Typical. Whatever happens, any real chance of healing and unity in America......has gone straight down the crapper.
TrueBlue4ever Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 I like the way CNN has been explaining the voting patterns and why the vote is moving the way it is. Their “magic wall” does a great job of breaking down the voting to counties and shows where there are still a lot of votes to be counted. Right now largely urban areas and traditional Democrat strongholds. Right now if Biden can win Arizona (currently up 130,000 votes, 5% lead), Nevada (up 7,500, 0.6% lead in a state Dems won last time), Maine (up 78,400, 12.5% lead), Wisconsin (now leading by 21,000, up 0.6%) and Michigan (trailing by 27,000, down 28,000 after trailing by 270,000 last night when they took a break from counting, down 0.5%) then Pennsylvania does not even come into play as he would hit 271 electoral college votes. And Pennsylvania still has 1.4 million advance mail in votes received that are still to be counted. Trump up by 600,000 right now, and they won’t apparently start counting again until 9:00 am Winnipeg time. All this as of 7:30 am local time. If Michigan shifts blue in the next hour Trump really goes crazy. But Nevada still in play big time, which was supposed to be Democrat safe.
Super Duper Negatron Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 The pinching and zooming of the wall in a desperate search for blue crumbs is all too familiar. Prediction: there is more red in those unopened envelopes than CNN thinks. Mark H. 1

Prediction: there is more red in those unopened envelopes than CNN thinks. Maybe. We shall see. FYI Trump already has 3,000,000 more votes nationwide this election compared to last. Looks like he broadened his base. And Biden has received more votes than any Presidential candidate in US history. Edited November 4, 2020 by TrueBlue4ever
do or die Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 The divide between urban and rural voters down there......is looking like the Grand Canyon
Mr Dee Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 Have to keep in mind that firing Trump still is the main objective.

JCon Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 It's done. No path for Trump. The fact that so many reliably Red States were competitive is a big deal. Biden is going to win by a lot of votes and a clear EC victory. Mr Dee 1
Tracker Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 As has been said, the loser in this election is America, where Trump has conclusively proven that a platform of overt racism plus a history of loathsome personal conduct, children in cages, 250,000 deaths, massive corruption and nepotism and a blatant disregard for the law is a viable path to victory. Trump ran the worst imaginable campaign against a decent, caring man and still appears to have nearly pulled it off. The USA is one small step away from becoming a fascist state and will remain so indefinitely. Sad beyond words. Mr Dee, Wanna-B-Fanboy, Super Duper Negatron and 1 other 2 2

bustamente Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 I would like to see if Biden can come back in Pennsylvania with all those mail in votes yet to be counted, the more Electoral Votes that Biden can get the better. Mr Dee 1
bustamente Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 Even with Pennsylvania, Georgia, and North Carolina Trumpcan'tcount doesn't have enough to win 264, Biden needs to hold on to Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Arizona, that gives him 270 and the win, of course Trump has already claimed victory so lawyers are rubbing their hands in sheer delight
do or die Posted November 4, 2020 Report Posted November 4, 2020 Even if Biden wins......I suspect that the exit polling in general, and especially in Senate and House races.......are going to give Dem strategists stomachaches JCon 1
