“Three attorneys representing the Trump campaign in a lawsuit seeking to block Pennsylvania from certifying its election results announced their withdrawal from the case Monday night, becoming the second set of attorneys to back down from representing the Trump campaign in the case and coming hours before the case is set to be heard in court Tuesday.
....
The Pennsylvania case will be heard in court on Tuesday for oral arguments despite the last-minute change in the campaign’s legal team. Scaringi filed a motion Monday night arguing the hearing should be postponed, saying the new counsel needs “additional time to adequately prepare this case.” Brann denied that motion, however, and said the oral arguments will take place as scheduled on Tuesday and the attorneys “are expected to be prepared for argument and questioning.”

The Trump record in the courts since the election is 0-for-23 and counting with three cases being so flimsy that the court refused to hear them and one judge actually threatening the Trump lawyer with charges for presenting obviously false allegations.

"President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Harris have an ambitious and urgent agenda for action. The team we have already started to assemble will enable us to meet the challenges facing our country on day one," Klain said in a statement announcing the hires Tuesday morning.

Among Tuesday's announced hires: Mike Donilon, the chief strategist for Biden's campaign who played a leading role in crafting his speeches and advertising as he framed the 2020 race as a "battle for the soul of the nation," will be a senior adviser to the president. And Steve Ricchetti, the Biden campaign chairman and a veteran of the Barack Obama and Bill Clinton White Houses, will be a counselor to the president.

Being quite jaded over the last 4 years or so with what Trump, his administration and his GoP enablers can and do get away with, I'm very skeptical with this being genuinely investigated on its merits. I find the alot of bluster but with no actual consequences laid other than twitter shaming. This probably is so for a variety of reasons but still very frustrating, maddening and extremely worrisome as a lay observer.
