None of those three receivers appear on the depth charts for their NFL teams. Not the PR or the IR.  Interesting. I wonder when they update those rosters because the Bills said that they re-signed Duke, after he cleared waivers and put him on the IR?

Some times the announcement comes out early and moves take longer. He might be getting other opinions, or seeing a specialist some place etc. They dont really need to rush, he could even be recovering at home for a short period then going back to rehab on the IR. Its not common place but it does happen. He may even need to still clear waivers.

The other two are FAs last i heard.

Donnerson, wow Ive seen plenty of freak athletes but that guy takes the cake. 6'3 250. 4.44 / 4.48 40 (faster than any offensive player on our roster) 40" vert, 10'11" broad jump, 7.03 3 cone drill and 20 reps at 225.

Finch is another questionable skill set big athlete. Not as polished or athletic as donnerson.

Wicker is an athletic DT. His senior year HS numbers are bananas.

Wonder why we would have Ridder ? That guy is in the Heisman talk and probable first rounder he would have to fail big time before we could even get a sniff... on a side note just became an explorer!  Is there going to be a Yoda achievement sometime a long time ago??? 😅

Its strange for sure. Maybe they had him for a while and haven't dropped him? Or maybe they see some hole in his game thatll keep him out of the NFL. Not sure.

Hayes was a dominant small school db, who has bounced around the nfl despite being 24. 27 Pass knock downs in his last 2 years pretty intense.

https://appstatesports.com/sports/football/roster/tae-hayes/4849

Patterson is a track stud who started all his games. 47 tackles and 22 KDs in 18. Knee injury derailed his senior year.

They should definitely check that quarterback's eyesight. Not one receiver on the list. Hmmmm...

Some one was talking about Mcgough being released recently. Looks like he got into some trouble down south.

Pretty athletic, 4.6 40. The seahawks were pretty high on him at one point I believe. His analytics were pretty good in college.

Ridder is a dangerous dual threat qb. A little break down on Ridder by JT o'sullivan who had a cup of coffee in the cfl. Hes in the top 10 for the Heisman race this year.

I noticed that too. It might be they arent releasing the names of the wrs they have to keep things under wraps. We all know how much the mafia loves secrecy.

Collins is a super athletic RT. When a 300 pound man runs 4.8 thats pretty good. If he ran a 4.7 we might look at him as a wr . 😆 That was top 3 all time 40 run by an ol at his combine. Kicked around with the vikings for better part of 3 years. Was in camp with 2 NFL teams this year. Clearly teams like what he can do. Thats a pretty good bluechip ol prospect. Apparently he was a front runner to start at Guard for the vikings last year. Must be really versatile.

I think you mean Oklahoma QB Spencer Rattler as the Heisman candidate:

Ridder is much more of a project.  Athletic and strong arm but accuracy issues.

Rattler is the favorite or top 2 on most peoples boards. But Ive seen ridder ranked in the top 10 on a bunch of pages for winning the heisman, and ive seen him projected as a potential late first round pick. His athleticism and skill set are in pretty big demand right now in the NFL. His consistency and accuracy are his biggest red flags but hes the type of guy nfl teams would be willing to sit on in development through 2 tcs.

Seems like a long term prospect to me.

Ok, but I’m still having trouble finding Ridder as a top 10 Heisman candidate or even a dark horse candidate.  I agree with your assessment  as a guy an NFL team will draft and be willing to develop for a couple of seasons.

Thing about the heisman is out side of the top 5 or so you could have probably 20 guys with a similar chance in the pre season to fill out the last 5 spots.  Most of what I see out side of SI is betting pages not football pages. Which could be skewed. Idk maybe cincinati fans like to bet home side like the riders.

I didn’t check betting sites, so there you go.  Consider me now more informed.

Betting sites arent exactly the best source for football stuff, but with those lines I bet if you watch a cinci game this year the announcers will talk about him in the race none stop lol.

He's not far away If he's needed

Hes in winnipeg, as he lives here. But he was released to get healthy and sharp on his own time. If he had been 6 games or less away I think he would've stayed on the IR. Im sure at worst he will be in camp next year. If he was gonna be a couple weeks away I doubt roosevelt would be here. But since we picked up namaan the Wrs have stepped up any way.

Just curious but does anyone know what's up with Cam Meredith?

With Roosevelt and McKnight still waiting for their chance to get (back) to the lineup, I think Meredith will never had a chance to be added to the PR again.

I dont think either of those guys would win a spot over meredith if healthy. Mcknight got a look and got sent back to the PR over bailey when he was struggling. I would not have him cemented in place.

I feel that when Meredith Is healthy... football ready... he will be back

I think its just a question of when he is healthy and sharp. Gotta remember he is still 28 years old.
