Won that game despite getting manhandled in the kicking field position game.

Walters, please bring in a competent FG kicker. When Liegghio is at best 50/50 on a 37 yard attempt it's unacceptable.

They wanted Micah Johnson. Unfortunately he retired in pre-season that year.

Jefferson is Job #1 to get re-signed. We can't lose him.

He made his 30-something yard kick easily. It was the long kicks (one from 56) that he missed. I'm still willing to give him the opportunity to earn my confidence.

I had heard 2 years & last year counts even though he didn't play.

Youre right on both. WJ took less cash to stay here than what hamilton and toronto offered.  I think the only risk of him leaving any time soon is if he can get an NFL deal. And he turns 31 in january. Even though he is 100% an nfl caliber player I dont think an NFL team will grab him at 31.

We got most of the calls and got lucky to win. I just read that. They're taking it well. ;)
