Mark F Posted March 11, 2022 Report Posted March 11, 2022 (edited) The devils look good to me. They have a goalie problem. "The New Jersey Devils are finally showing some signs of optimism. Despite a record of 4-5 during the month of February, the Devils led the entire NHL in goals per 60 minutes with 4.47. "The New Jersey Devils have had a lot of trouble with goalies this season. They’ve been forced to start six different goalies this season. Mackenzie Blackwood, Jonathan Bernier, Nico Daws, Scott Wedgewood, Akira Schmid, and John Gillies all got a chance to play this year. Blackwood has had to hold the fort together after Bernier was knocked out for the entire year after getting hip surgery. The Devils traded for Jon Gillies to tide them over since they lost Scott Wedgewood to the Arizona Coyotes. ." Edited March 11, 2022 by Mark F

Stretch Posted March 11, 2022 Report Posted March 11, 2022 Two games in a row where Kyle Connor absolutely clowned the other team's goalie. Man that guy has hands. captaincanuck12, blue_gold_84 and HardCoreBlue 3

The Jets don't have a goalie problem, if that's what you're implying. https://moneypuck.com/goalies.htm Hellebuyck's still performing quite well despite of the issues plaguing the team (defensive zone lapses, missed assignments/coverage, and very inconsistent 200 ft. play). 1 minute ago, Stretch said: Two games in a row where Kyle Connor absolutely clowned the other team's goalie. It lessens the sting of losing Laine. Still though I like PLD as a centre, he won't have the scoring touch like Laine, but is more gritty and hardnosed.

Pretty sure the Jets think all they have to do is show up to win some nights 21 32 5. 47 points. They are one of the worst teams in the league Edited March 11, 2022 by Goalie Noeller 1
