Kane stays with Oilers, signs four-year, $20.5 million contract.

Manson signs four-year contract to stay with Avalanche.

Ben Chiarot 4yr/19m & Andrew Copp 5yr/$28m with the Red Wings. 

Vancouver Canucks signing forward Ilya Mikheyev to a four-year contract worth reported $4.75 million annually.

The Anaheim Ducks are signing forward Frank Vatrano to a three-year contract worth $3.65 million annually.

The Arizona Coyotes announced they signed forward Nick Bjugstad to a one-year contract.

Chicago Blackhawks are in the free-agent market, signing forwards Max Domi and Andreas Athanasiou to matching one-year, $3 million contracts, according to TSN.

Vincent Trocheck's reported contract with the New York Rangers is seven years with a $5.625 million AAV

Maple Leafs have made it official that they've signed goalie Ilya Samsonov to a one-year, $1.8 million contract. Toronto also announced that it signed forward Nicolas Aube-Kubel to a one-year, $1 million contract.

The Blues are also reportedly working on a four-year contract for defenseman Nick Leddy, who they acquired prior to the 2022 NHL Trade Deadline from the Detroit Red Wings. 

The Edmonton Oilers are signing goalie Jack Campbell to a five-year contract ($5 million average annual value), according to Sportsnet.

Claude Giroux is going to the Senators on a three-year contract worth $6.5 million annually, according to TSN.

Capitals have signed goaltender Charlie Lindgren to a three-year, $3.3 million contract.

Not sure what big splash anyone was expecting here, to be honest.

His job is on the line at this point, IMO.

This has to be Chevy's last kick at the cat, Jets are going to have attendance problems if the team continues being mediocre so another losing season wont look good on him and Chipman will be forced to move on because a half full building in the dead of winter looks bad on the organization.
