I think its because he runs conservatively. Uses his burst smart and plays at a level that he can maintain the whole game. Like milt did. He knew when to turn on the jets and when to go at a pace he could maintain all day. 
 A lot of fast guys struggle with that. They really lean on their speed. Schoen doesn’t need to lean on it because he’s soo polished  and smart.

He's a hugger guy than I'd initially thought. For some reason I thought he was kind of **** and stocky. Slow but good hands. But he's not that at all... 6'1" 210lbs....and has some speed. It's really wild that this guy has struggled to gain acceptance throughout his football journey.
