Someone earlier in thread. Unless I read it wrong?

I don't know if I've read the whole thread, but that obviously isn't a widely held take.

Like, no.

Noah Hallett, maybe, but not Nick. I like Nick a lot as a player, especially on teams, but as a starter on D, it's a drop-off...

Hallett upgrade over Thompson? I’m not so sure…

Experience for a safety is critical and Thompson had garnered enough to become effective just as he got dinged. Hallett will definitely be targeted.

Noah Hallett has barely played D and really only in mop-up duty late in a blowout.

Nick Hallett is the one who has played D, yes he was a lower round pick.

Everything coming from the draft said that Noah was the much better of the two, and that's all I've really got to go on....

I live on Twitter and see every scrap of news as it becomes available, but I don't remember hearing/reading a single morsel of information about Brandon Alexander's timeline to return from injury. They've been extremely quiet on that one.

The loss of Thompson worried me a lot...but Hallet was solid ..came up with one of bigger defensive plays of game to help seal the win

No glaring mistakes he did very well in coverage.
